I talk to so many tech leaders at huge companies every week. One of the most brutal failure patterns for executive teams right now is thinking that AI is like SOC 2 compliance: a new checkbox item that they have to allocate some resources to, to make their governance people happy. They think, we'll get AI "done" in Q3 or Q4 and finally be able to move on to other stuff.
What they don't see is that their entire company is going to change shape over the next few years, regardless of what they think, or want. Their current hierarchy will be gone, nearly unrecognizable from what gets rebuilt in its ashes. Everyone will be conducting their business VERY differently from how they do it today.
AI not some compliance drill. Leaders need to get in front of this situation before it overwhelms them.
HTML is the new markdown.
I've stopped writing markdown files for almost everything and switched to using Claude Code to generate HTML for me. This is why.
🚇🇸🇬 we made a SG MRT station guessing game
- 3 tries to match the names to 5 stations on the MRT map
- hints provided for line + direction
- speedrun mode so you can brag to friends
- island-wide tour if you're good enough
try it here: 👉 mrt.eiti.dev 🚇
Day 3. Kids begging to do homework. Turns out if you wrap fractions in dragon quests, they don't notice it's learning. odysseyos.polsia.app
Encountered some buggy behaviour with G3.1 on @antigravity. From initial testing, it's capable and managed to proposd more elegant solutions vs O4.6, but "common sense" is lacking e.g. committing files that it didn't touch. (O4.6 would never do that)

We're giving away an 11-page guide titled: “How to clone your voice and make an agent in <10 minutes” (Like we did for Elon and Karan).
It can call support to complain on your behalf, make reservations, prank your friends, etc. You also get $100 in free credits so you can play with your voice AI.
Retweet and comment "SONIC" below and we'll send you the step-by-step guide and $100 in credits.
One aspect where GPT-5 shines (and I don't see much praise for) is its integration with Jupyter Notebooks. It understands and edits Jupyter Notebooks much better than Sonnet or Gemini. Editing notebooks with Codex VSCode Extension is *chef's kiss*

i can't think of a non-cliche way to say this, but everyone who says having a kid is the best thing in the world is both correct and still somehow understating it.

lol GitHub’s MCP has ~ 50k token, when there’s a perfectly great gh cli that models can use with world knowledge, requiring ZERO token.
Some thoughts after using GPT-5 exclusively in @AmpCode for the last week. Initially, there were occasional flashes of brilliance, but the model was unreliable, as it would hang occasionally (router issue). I also saw instances of it doing tool calls in Russian.
YMMV but I highly encourage you to take GPT-5 for a spin on @AmpCode and see how it fares on problems/projects which previously presented a challenge to you! It's way more affordable compared to Sonnet 4.
