A lot has been going on recently. In the midst of a course of treatment my GP was suspended by the CQC which nudged me to transfer to a larger primary care practice. No more 8am phone calls; I just submit an online form saying what I need! Transformative!

Before my hip x-ray I was told that anxiety makes pain feel worse. So does deterioration of the joint.
Thyroid, vitamin D/B12 deficiencies were also physically and mentally debilitating but reversible with medication. My test results helped to counteract testimonial injustice.

Going with the flow has taken me in some exciting new directions recently.
I can’t predict what the next months and years will bring, but I’m finding fulfilment in combining different skills and interests and contributing to research in different ways.
