HORRIFIC NEWS: IDF Captain Chara Benkalba is under investigation for animal abuse. Evidence has emerged that Benkalba has been using electric shock collars to torture dogs. Horrific. There is no justification for this. Chara is the nephew of famed IDF Turkish spokesman Mefager “Mazia” Benkalba, and there have long been suspicions that his promotion to captain was a result of nepotism. Please pray that this monster is brought to justice after a full investigation and fair trial.
