As I work studying animation production, I think of how the industry treats artists and so often stories come forward with visceral details of exactly how awful it can be.

I should say the people trying to use this situation to be like "I TOLD YOU SO!" or "VIV HAS ALWAYS BEEN EVIL!" are being disingenuous. we, ideally, should be using this situation to emphasise the need for drastic change in the animation industry & wider creative industries.
