Yesterdays results: sumo deadlift 475x1x1x1x1 snatchgrip sumo 315x3x3x3 speed work 225x14 none of these are anywhere close to where I was at last year at this time.
I posted this last night at 7pm and it took off.
It did way better than I thought it would then just as suddenly as it blew up, it died.
X is so random now even viral posts are not normal.
Ive had more than my share trust me they usually last for 2 days before they die.
