1) When a person is saved (justified), they have died with Christ and have been raised up in life (Romans 6:1-14).
2) Only God can raise the dead (2 Corinthians 1:1-11)
3) If salvation (justification) can be lost or forfeited, are we saying that we alone have the power to raise the dead? (1 Samuel 2:1-11)
Water baptism has no salvific power. Only blood has the power to cover sin.
Going back to the law, we see that water makes you ceremonial clean (Leviticus 14 and 15). Blood covers sin (Leviticus 17).
Therefore, the blood of Jesus covers our sin. That moment happens when we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead. Water baptism is the outward confession of our faith, or ceremonial cleanliness.
Our salvation is in Christ alone, not of our works.
There are so many people who call themselves "Christians" that don't have any idea how to be saved. That means a lot of people will hear Matthew 7:21-23 because they're being lied to about what salvation is.
Don't take anyone's words for it. And yes. I'm including myself. Read the scripture I've given you. And if what your preacher, pastor, father, or anyone else tells you something different, they are apostate. It's just that simple.
Christ alone❤️
The Gospel of Salvation is the same whether explained by Jesus, John, Peter, Paul, James, or Jude.
A saved person is changed in an instant. That doesn't mean they stop sinning, of course. It does mean they are hyper-aware of sin because they are filled with The Holy Spirit. They're convicted of things that never bothered them before.
Over time, as people draw closer to The Lord, they sin less and less. Many of the things they enjoyed (music, movies, even foul humor), are no longer appealing. They have a thirst for Christ and hunger for His Word.
These are the fruits of the saved.
A CINO (Christian in name only), do not. They go to church, sing, clap their hands, lift their arms, and go through the motions. Outside of church, they are the same people they were before professing Christianity.
These are the fruits of false converts.
Here are some scriptures explaining it:

Salvation (justification) happens, when a person turns away from their life and accepts that only through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus does one become saved (Romans 10:8-19 and Ephesians 2:1-10).
Salvation (sanctification) is the process of, and the fruits born through it, of your life as a new creation in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:11-21).
Salvation (glorification) will not happen until we're with Christ in our resurrected bodies (Philippians 3:20-21).

To my brothers and sisters in Christ:
We should fully expect people to be offended by the gospel of salvation through Christ Jesus. If the lost aren't offended, at least to some extent, we're sharing an incomplete, ergo false, gospel.
How I want to respond to so many folks today:
Wisdom has been chasing you. But you've always been faster.
Even the scribes and Pharisees would tell these folks how extra they're being with their self-righteousness.
It is good to see so many Christian users of X have stopped doing all the sins that they have repented for. I’m very glad none of them is still struggling with any of the sins for which they truly don’t wanna do anymore, unlike so many of us in this fallen world who still struggle daily with our particular vices that God hates. Indeed, we should all strive to be like these people who never backslide into their sins.
Don't complain about the state of our nation if you abstained from voting. And save me your self-righteous proclamations. We're voting for people in government, not church leadership.
On another note. Perhaps more biblical Christians should run for office. The allies of the enemy, whether they know they're allies with him or not, is more than willing to vote and run for office. Why aren't we?
Concerning eschatology...
Do I have an opinion about when the train will leave the station? I sure do! But I'm more concerned with directing people to the train Conductor.
This is an interesting question. I'd guess Numbers. But I could see Deuteronomy and Leviticus are probably close.
Concerning justification, I honestly don't think we're going to figure out where God's sovereignty begins and mankind's responsibility ends on this side of Heaven.
What I do know is this. Once we're justified, God has sealed us. The whole of scripture confirms it. Are there some verses that can be used to argue against it? Absolutely! But that requires completely ignoring the context around them.

9) 12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, so that you obey its desires. 13 And do not offer any parts of it to sin as weapons for unrighteousness. But as those who are alive from the dead, offer yourselves to God, and all the parts of yourselves to God as weapons for righteousness. 14 For sin will not rule over you, because you are not under the law but under grace.
Romans 5:12-6:14
8) 8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him, 9 because we know that Christ, having been raised from the dead, will not die again. Death no longer rules over him. 10 For the death he died, he died to sin once for all time; but the life he lives, he lives to God. 11 So, you too consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.
7) 6 For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be rendered powerless so that we may no longer be enslaved to sin, 7 since a person who has died is freed from sin.
6) 4 Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we too may walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been united with him in the likeness of his death,we will certainly also be in the likeness of his resurrection.
5) 6 What should we say then? Should we continue in sin so that grace may multiply? 2 Absolutely not!How can we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Or are you unaware that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
4) 20 The law came along to multiply the trespass. But where sin multiplied, grace multiplied even more 21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace will reign through righteousness, resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
3) 18 So then, as through one trespass there is condemnation for everyone, so also through one righteous act there is justification leading to lifefor everyone. 19 For just as through one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.
