Putting a dollar onchain is useful. Putting an asset onchain is useful. But the real opportunity starts when they can interact. On Aptos, that's already happening. Stablecoins like @tether USDT and @circle USDC provide the money. Tokenized funds from institutions like @apolloglobal and @BHDigitalAssets bring traditional financial assets onchain. Credit protocols add lending. Trading infrastructure creates markets. Payment platforms connect that ecosystem to users around the world. Individually, each solves a problem. Together, they start to look like a financial system. Money can arrive onchain, move, trade, access financial products, and eventually be spent without constantly leaving the same underlying infrastructure. That's the bigger idea behind onchain finance. Not simply putting the existing financial system on a blockchain, but making all of its pieces work together.

Issuer-sponsored tokenized shares are headed to Aptos. @Bullish has named Aptos one of the initial network partners for its equity tokenization services, built with transfer agent @Equiniti. Issuers will be able to bring their shares onchain, with the official record of ownership still held by the transfer agent.

Onchain finance has mostly offered two options: a glass house where every balance and transfer is public, or full anonymity that many regulated businesses won't use. Aptos offers a third path: institutional privacy, through a confidentiality stack designed for compliant use cases. It's opt-in, and addresses stay visible onchain, keeping a clear pathway to accountability. Three layers are live on mainnet. 1) Identity: Keyless Accounts let users create and manage blockchain accounts with existing credentials like Google or Apple, without publicly tying that identity to an onchain address. 2) Amounts: Confidential Assets is a standard designed for encrypted balances and transfer amounts, live today with APT. A zero-knowledge proof confirms each transfer is valid, while the amounts stay encrypted and sender and recipient addresses stay public. 3) Intent: Encrypted Mempool lets users opt in to encrypt a transaction's details until its block is finalized, designed to lower the risk of MEV attacks. What this enables: • Users can get started with Keyless Accounts using a login they already have, and use Confidential APT for payments where amounts stay between sender and receiver. • Traders can encrypt the details of the orders they choose with Encrypted Mempool, with order details decrypted only after the block is finalized. AI agents' trade inputs can stay encrypted until execution, too. • Institutions can encrypt balances and transfer amounts with Confidential APT, and place large orders without signaling intent before execution with Encrypted Mempool, while counterparty addresses remain visible onchain. Why Aptos: • Confidentiality is built into the protocol layer, not added as third-party tooling. • Transparent by default, confidential by choice. • The same network runs payments, trading, and settlement, with sub-second finality and parallel execution underneath. Confidential APT is live, available via @PetraWallet and on Confidential Assets Web by @AptosLabs. Encrypted Mempool is available via Petra and on @DecibelTrade, and its transactions incur an additional gas fee. • Petra: petra.app • Confidential Assets Web: confidential.aptoslabs.com

Sending money internationally still depends heavily on where you live. Payment platforms on Aptos are changing that. They're integrated with Aptos and already serve millions of people around the world: • @yellowcard_app, pan-African crypto infrastructure, moves USDC and USDT on Aptos across 20 countries. • @Bitso, a Latin American crypto platform, gives its 9M customers access to USDT and USDC on Aptos. • @coinsph, a regulated wallet with 5M+ verified users in the Philippines, supports USDT deposits and withdrawals on Aptos. New routes are taking shape, too. @Daya_HQ and @HashKeyMENA are building a regulated stablecoin corridor between Africa and MENA, with support from Aptos Foundation. Different markets. Different currencies. Different financial systems. Aptos gives them a common layer underneath. Stablecoins can move across that infrastructure quickly and at low cost, giving payment providers new rails for moving money between markets. That's what global blockchain adoption can actually look like. Not asking millions of people to become crypto users. Giving the financial products they already use better infrastructure underneath them.

Trading, swaps, yield, and spending usually live in separate apps. @useTria brings them into one self-custodial account for 500,000+ users across 150+ countries. With Aptos integrated, those users can deposit, trade through @DecibelTrade, swap cross-chain, and spend with a Visa card using Aptos-native assets, without leaving the app. These aren't isolated integrations. They're pieces of a financial system that's already connecting. The goal isn't to put traditional finance on a blockchain for the sake of it. It's to make money more programmable, accessible, and useful once it's there. That's the bigger onchain finance story being built on Aptos.

Moving dollars between blockchains used to mean relying on bridges, wrapped assets, and extra steps. That's not how global money should work. Native @USDC is issued directly on Aptos, and @circle CCTP V2 is live on the network. CCTP moves native USDC between Aptos and other supported networks through burn-and-mint. USDC is burned on the source network, Circle attests to the burn, and native USDC is minted on the destination network. No wrapped assets, no fragmented liquidity. V2 adds two upgrades: • Fast Transfers: USDC can arrive on Aptos from supported networks in seconds instead of minutes. • Hooks: when USDC lands on Aptos, it can automatically trigger the next step, like a trade, a loan, or a payment. For developers, that's better infrastructure for building payments, trading, and financial applications that operate across ecosystems. For users, the goal is much simpler: Your dollars should be usable wherever you need them. Aptos isn't just bringing stablecoins onchain; it's the rails that make them useful.

Introducing MonoMove, Aptos' new execution engine and the biggest scalability upgrade in network history. Moving global markets onchain takes a new standard of speed and safety. MonoMove delivers both, executing the smart contracts behind every onchain market up to 55x faster. Money is moving onchain. Aptos has the engine to run it.

I'm proud of the engineering team at @AptosLabs and their strong commitment to making security a foundational part of our infrastructure. From day one, we've invested heavily in strengthening MoveVM, improving how code is executed and verified, and building safeguards that protect the network as it grows. As an additional layer of protection, @Aptos employs defense-in-depth independent validation through the VM's runtime checks, ensuring that inconsistent execution states are detected even if they made it past an earlier verification check. Much of this work happens behind the scenes (as it should), but it's critical to building financial infrastructure that people and institutions can trust. The Move programming language was designed with security at its core, with built-in protections that help developers prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities. We believe it’s one of the most secure foundations for building onchain, and we’re constantly investing in making it even stronger. Our team’s work on defense-in-depth runtime verification has also been published in peer-reviewed research, reflecting our long-standing commitment to advancing security across the broader Move ecosystem: arxiv.org/abs/2606.18064 The recent incident involving Initia is a reminder of why that investment matters. Our team has reviewed the exploit and confirmed that Aptos mainnet is not susceptible under its current MoveVM design. Initia uses an independently maintained implementation of MoveVM that also differs with respect to its integration. For example, since launch, Aptos has disallowed a single transaction from both publishing a module and then executing a script against that module, blocking a key step in the exploit. Aptos also enables additional runtime safety checks, which provide another layer of protection. MoveVM was designed with security at its core, and we've continued building on that foundation. Security requires constant attention, investment, and improvement, and I'm proud of the team that shows up every day to do that work. Wishing the @Initia team the best as they work through this incident. We remain ready to provide support if needed!

Confidentiality on Aptos comes in three layers. All three are live on mainnet, and all three are opt-in. On a public blockchain, a lot is visible by default: balances, transfer amounts, and the details of pending transactions. Each layer gives users a choice over what they share. ‣ Identity: Keyless Accounts Keyless Accounts let people create and manage blockchain accounts with credentials like Google or Apple, without publicly tying that identity to an onchain address. ‣ Amounts: Confidential $APT Confidential APT allows users and institutions to encrypt balances and transfer amounts. Validators verify a transaction is valid while the amounts stay confidential. Addresses remain visible, keeping a clear pathway to accountability and compliant use cases. ‣ Intent: Encrypted Mempool Encrypted Mempool lets users opt in to encrypt a transaction's details until its block is finalized, designed to lower the risk of MEV attacks. Sender and gas fee stay visible. What each layer makes possible: • Keyless Accounts: getting started with a login people already have • Confidential APT: payments where amounts stay between sender and receiver • Encrypted Mempool: institutions can place large orders without signaling intent before execution, traders can encrypt the orders they choose, and AI agents' trade inputs stay encrypted until execution Confidential APT is available in @PetraWallet and on Confidential Assets Web by @AptosLabs. AI trading on @DecibelTrade. 🫳🎤
Trading on @DecibelTrade is getting a new interface: words. Agent Mode is opening in early access. Traders can ask what's moving, ask why, and have it build the order ticket, all in one conversation. Nothing executes until the trader confirms. Every confirmed order is settled onchain on Aptos.

what if the market is looking at Aptos all wrong? while crypto keeps chasing the next shiny narrative, the real opportunity may be building right under everyone's nose aptos:native brings high-performance blockchain infrastructure. Move introduces a resource-oriented approach to smart contract development and MonoMove adds another reason to pay attention to what's being built across the Aptos ecosystem because in crypto, value isn't just about how much attention a project gets today. It's about what’s being built, the problems it can solve and the potential the market has yet to recognize what if the next big narrative is still flying under the radar? if @Aptos isn't on your radar yet, it should be. Keep your eyes on Aptos and don't say I didn't warn you.

Where $APT tokenomics stand after the updates first proposed in February. Approved through onchain governance: • Gas fees set 10x higher • Staking rewards halved from 5.19% to 2.6% • Supply hard-capped at 2.1B APT Per @blockworksres, burns now cover ~10% of issuance, up from 0.2% under the previous gas rate, and daily transactions doubled after the change.
