Book Quote Wednesday, keyword AFTER I love this idea! And since my original post for today is delayed due to technical difficulties, I'm gonna hype up a fave scene from Death Show Colossus!

It's Book Quote Wednesday and the word is AFTER Dorilian and Hans start out as complete mysteries to each other in THE SECOND STONE. Dorilian thinks Hans is hopeless and Hans finds Dorilian inscrutable. Building a bridge over their divide may involve blows... #bookqw

What video game influenced your book(s) the most? Of the many Final Fantasy games that were inspiration, XII probably the worldbuilding

What video game influenced your book(s) the most? I'd say Red Dead Redemption for the feel of the world, but with a mix of epic fantasy and magic. The magic system is too complicated to have a specific influence though 😅

It’s been 5 minutes since I last pitched my book. If you want prose dripping with nature vibes, a protagonist who lost their name amid a world seemingly out to get him, set in a Shinto-inspired backdrop that wears its inspirations unapologetically on its sleeves… consider checking out He Who Ate the Wild. There’s a kickstarter, but normal pre-orders are also open.

It's been 17 hours since I last pitched my book If you want a framed narrative like Name of the Wind or Sun Eater with the banter and character work of First Law, pick up WHISPERS OF THE STORM Book 2, RISING GALE, coming this summer!

This last year has been a struggle for me with lots of learning and new responsibilities that made time management difficult since the birth of my first child. But I've finally got some exciting news... I've finished the first draft of my next book and I can't wait to share it.

When I decided to go the self-published route, I had a secret goal to get to 1,000 total ratings. 1.5yrs into this journey, I'm 1/4 of the way there! Thank you to every single one of you who've given these books a shot, whether you loved, liked, or disliked, I appreciate you!
