What the fuck ever happened to OC Transpo special constables? I have seen more rare ducks on the Ottawa River this fall than I have Transpo's finest.
I'm old enough to remember when disruptive and antisocial behavior would get you kicked off a bus, because it wasn't right to expect other passengers to put up with that shit.
It would be nice if any city councillor or any OC Transpo manager cared about this. But they do not.
