The Republican Party of Orange County condemns in the strongest possible terms the racially degrading mailer recently deployed by the California Democratic Party.
By maliciously substituting the face of a female candidate with Latin American heritage (Ecuadoran and Mexican), Gracey Van Der Mark, onto the Chiquita banana logo, the Democrats have resorted to racist tropes.
This toxic brand of identity-based mockery has no place in this campaign.
We call on her opponent, Chris Kluwe, to immediately break his silence, condemn these offensive racial overtures funded by his party allies, and reject this racial bigotry in his campaign.

Your ballot is already at home. Don’t let it get buried under the mail.
Fill it out, sign the envelope, and send it back. I’m asking for your vote, and I will fight for you every day in Congress.

California could participate in the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program, which has been around since 1986, if they wanted to verify citizenship, but the sanctuary state actively chooses not to. It’s been used verify citizenship for benefits since the 80s, and California used to participate.

NEW: Los Angeles County elections officials confirm in court filing that they have no way to verify U.S. citizenship for voters and they rely solely on a voter’s attestation when they check yes or no to being a U.S. citizen under penalty of perjury. This is part of ongoing lawsuit w/ Feds.
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

This is how easy it is to cheat in California.
It’s real, even if by accident, and my colleagues who are fighting against normal safeguards in our elections are full of shit.

California AG peddles more disinformation. We provided records of the 20k+ noncitizens suspected of receiving a ballot and explained our process. They refused to even look at the data. We’ve repeatedly asked them to work with us to remove noncitizens from their rolls. Again, they refused. It’s California that refuses to act in good faith to protect American voters.

Final number of arrests and full details expected this morning. Full story and video coming on Fox News.

If they were to underground the lines or simply clear brush underneath the power lines, they'd never have to shut down the power.
But they refuse to do that, so this is the only safe option left in Gavin's California.
In California, utility companies — NOT the Governor — decide when to implement Public Safety Power Shutoffs to PREVENT power lines from sparking wildfires during dangerous weather conditions.
That's precisely the risk Southern California is facing right now. These shutoffs are inconvenient, but they are utility SAFETY decisions, not orders from the Governor!
Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen.
I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn.
And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

Thank you to the first responders for all that you do to keep us safe. I will monitor developments with the Orange County Fire Authority, @OCSheriff, and the City of San Clemente.
During this challenging time, I encourage everyone to look out for neighbors, share verified information, and support those who may need assistance.
