I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve overextended myself for people more times than I should’ve. Not because I didn’t know my worth, but because when I care, I CARE. I show up, I pour into people, I love hard, and sometimes I give more than I should. Yeah, I’ve hurt my own feelings doing that, but I’ll never be ashamed of having a genuine heart.

Pre-season conditioning, is not just about getting in shape. It’s about seeing who will fight thru adversity. Who fight or flee during tough times. And will the team stay together. It’s more than just a mile time.

2029 Tiquiz Greene is a shifty guard that finishes through contact very well. Recorded multiple and 1s during the game and led his team in scoring. Kept the ball under control in high pressure situations. Showed a lot of maturity for his age.

The @GreenforestBall held off a very good @uniongrovembb squad 48-42. 2027 @LangstonJoness picked up a TOP 100 CAMP invite as well as 2028 @CesarGolbe33720 and 2029 @ShilohJB1

He laughed. “Sure, kid. Go ahead.”
Fixed it. Turned out their whole system was down for 3 days.
I’d spent 6 months doing IT support for free at a non-profit.
He hired me on the spot for a 3-month contract.
That contract became full-time.
3 years later I’m running their tech team.
The guy who “aced” the interview with a perfect suit and portfolio?
Never got a callback.
Sometimes the win doesn’t go to the most qualified.
It goes to the guy who solves the problem in the room.

“Administrations win championships. Coaches win games… if you’re not totally into it and they’re not committed, you’re not winning. You just can’t.”
True at the high school level as well…
