Meet the @tgb_marketing team - a company that apparently exists just to farm FUD and extract money. Here’s how it went down 👇 apparently some random trader got liquidated on $TURTLE and, out of anger, literally paid TGB to post FUD. Suddenly, they were spamming charts, tagging zachxbt, and trying to cause drama. Once I traced all the posts back to TGB, I reached out directly. Funny enough, they actually seemed chill. I explained that yeah, price is down post-launch, but no, the team isn’t dumping, and everything’s transparent on-chain. The guy apologized, said he’d ask the others to delete the posts, and even asked me to send the links. A few minutes later, most of them were gone. Then I asked who paid for the hit job. He gave me the handle on TG, I messaged the guy - and he instantly went off, claiming he wasted $2.5k on “FUD posts” and now wanted his money back (funny the agency doesn’t do refunds). After that, TGB switched sides and started trying to extort us for that same $2.5k. When I refused, they went back to posting low-effort FUD again from a bunch of random accounts Wild industry sometimes. Anyway, sharing this so other teams post-TGE can avoid this type of scam.
