So much of the “Bernie left” has turned out to be a right wing entryist scam. Its rejection of liberalism was set out as a critique of neoliberal capitalist economics. But in fact it was a rejection of almost everything radically progressive except for a few $$$ issues.

A lot of talk about how "we" have to lie to people to "win" and I think that's a real byproduct of an ideology that actually hates us and isn't liberatory at all, not to mention a class of know-betters who don't know "the people" outside plenaries, podcasts and book tours.

this is a lot like the Sanders Formulation of infamy, where he always qualifies some basic human right with unnecessary nonsense. e.g. "NOBODY WHO WORKS 40 HOURS A WEEK should be in poverty." it's like the essence of these liberals.
