– at Quintero, Chile

People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes, recovery starts with just one small step.
Im so sorry for the loss of the scientists in that car crash next week🕊️

Let's be clear, a lot of men don't have "trust issues."They have "I've seen this pattern of behavior before, and I refuse to go through the same thing again" issues...

didnt everyone know this? ofcourse your deleted photos are not deleted from your phone, what do you think your phone does to your deleted photos? send it to the sun to be incinerated?
🚨BREAKING NEWS : Your "deleted" photos aren't deleted.
Claude Code found years of them sitting in a hidden cache on my iPhone.
I plugged my iPhone into my MacBook to run a backup. I had Claude Code doing a security check at the same time. It flagged something I wasn't looking for. A directory called PhotoData/Thumbnails.
Thousands of files. Photos, videos, screenshots. A lot of them were things I had deleted.
Photos from a couple of years ago. Screenshots I took and deleted a few seconds later. Stuff I went into Recently Deleted and cleared. Some of it was still sitting there.
What I found in that cache:
- old screenshots of banking apps
- photos I deleted right after taking them
- random pictures I didn't want on my phone anymore
- a few things I specifically remember deleting more than once
When you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll and Recently Deleted folder. But it keeps a compressed copy in a Spotlight search cache so your phone can still find things when you search. That cache doesn't get fully cleared.
I checked which apps had Files and Folders access. There were more than I expected, including apps I downloaded a long time ago and forgot about. Any of them could potentially read files from that cache.
I went through the list and removed access from most of them.
The prompt I used is below. It doesn't take long if you already have a backup.
How many apps on your phone have Files access right now?

What if I told you that…
Klara Hitler, mother to Adolf, was a prostitute,
Hitler was a Rothschild, and at the end of World War II, Hitler didn't die in a bunker with Eva Braun, as official history and mainstream media reports.
Instead Hitler and Eva settled in Argentina, with help from the U.S. government, and Hitler died an old man there in... 1962.
During his last days, Hitler established the Fourth Reich in the United States, via Operation Paperclip from 1946-1959, which enabled the Nazis to infiltrate its government and intelligence agencies at the highest-levels.
Hitler had 5 children, boys and girls, indistinguishable from each other, because they were all... ANDROGYNOUS.
1. Angela Merkel: Germany's longest-serving Chancellor.
2. Theresa May: Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
3. Dalia Grybauskaite: President of Lithuania.
4. Nancy Pelosi: U.S. Democrat and Speaker of the House.
5. Ann Dunham undercover CIA agent, and the mother to illegitimate U.S. President, Barack Obama.
HISTORY IS A LIE…
