WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT LAZY, BUT YOU'RE NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE?
Hello guys! I'm here again. It's been a while since we had a deep thought together. #TWOTS 🤔
Let's think about something.
Harry Kane spent years playing for Tottenham Hotspur. He scored goals, broke records, became one of the greatest strikers in the club's history, yet he never won a major team trophy with them. Congratulations to HK BTW. Well deserved 🤗
Lets move on, Eventually, football fans began joking that he was cursed. ( dem rage bait am 😁) In 2023, he moved to Bayern Munich, a club that had won the Bundesliga for 11 consecutive seasons. But guess what happened? The very season Kane arrived, Bayern lost the league title for the first time in 12 years. They finished the season without a trophy.
The jokes got louder. Some people wondered whether Kane really was cursed. But he kept working. He kept scoring. He kept improving.
Bayern won the Bundesliga in 2025. And after an extraordinary 2025–26 season, Kane finally won the 2026 Ballon d’Or, becoming the best player in the world for this year. Now, let's look beyond football.
GUYS, THE PROBLEM MAY NOT BE YOUR EFFORT
There's a principle worth understanding: working hard in the wrong environment can limit the return on your effort.
Imagine two people with similar abilities. One works in an environment that rewards initiative, provides opportunities, and supports growth. The other works equally hard in an environment where opportunities are scarce and good work goes unnoticed. ( God punish our leaders. Sorry, I always have to add that)
Will they necessarily get the same results?
Of course not. Effort matters, but so do opportunity, timing, resources, strategy, and the environment in which that effort is applied.
This doesn't mean Tottenham was a useless club or Kane was a failure there. He became a legend at Tottenham. But sometimes, being good at something in one place doesn't mean that place can give you everything you're working towards.
You can be doing the right things and still need to change your direction.
I'd like you guys to pay attention to me here and read over and over. So here's the important part:
being relevant to an environment doesn't automatically mean that the environment is right for you.
You may be contributing value while receiving very little opportunity to grow.
You may be loyal to a place that no longer serves your goals.
You may be working harder every year without questioning whether your effort is taking you where you want to go.
Don't leave every difficult situation. Sometimes, you need patience, not a new environment. And sometimes, what looks like a bad situation is actually teaching you what you need for the next stage. But don't confuse loyalty with progress, either. The goal isn't to keep moving. The goal is to move in a direction where your effort has a better chance of producing the results you want. ( read again sha 🙏)
NOW, LET'S THINK TOGETHER.
I need you guys here, Look at your life right now.
Are we working hard and being patient while building something worthwhile?
Or are we working hard in a place, pursuing a strategy, or repeating a pattern that may never deliver what you want?
Remember: Kane's story isn't proof that changing environments guarantees success. His move didn't immediately solve his problem. He still had to perform, adapt, and keep working.
Sometimes, you must persist.
Sometimes, you must change your approach.
And sometimes, you must have the courage to leave a place where you've given your best years.
The real skill is knowing which situation you're in.
So here's my question and please I need response. Drop your thoughts in the comments and quote this post with your best answer.

You might not get the life you dream about. But you will definitely live with the consequences of how you spend the life you have.
So stop waiting for the perfect time. Stop announcing every plan. Stop confusing looking successful with becoming successful. Stop giving unlimited access to people who bring nothing but chaos into your life.
Build something. Protect your peace. Take care of your body. Manage your money. Love people without losing yourself.
I noticed that Normality is often ignored and Absurdity gets attention.
So I think it best to either develop your creative or synthetic imagination.
Don't just consume ideas and thing you see online plus your environment, combine them, challenge them, and create something people haven't seen before.
To stay in the competition, you either do it better or do it differently or create new value. #TWOTS
THE IMPACT OF ENVIRONMENT
Hello deep thinkers. Stop scrolling, Let's think together for just 40 sec. ❤️ #TWOTS 🤔
I came across a principle yesterday that made me question how much of my life has been shaped by my environment.
I don't think we talk enough about the power of our environment. We often credit or blame ourselves for who we've become, but rarely stop to ask: How much of my thinking was actually chosen by me?
A few years ago, I lived in my hometown for over 20 years. At the time, I genuinely believed I understood what was possible in life. Then I moved to a different environment.
Suddenly, everything changed. The people thought differently. The competition was different. The ambitions were bigger. The conversations were more meaningful. People weren't just surviving they were building.
That experience made me realize something. It wasn't that my hometown lacked potential. It was that my environment had quietly defined the limits of what I believed was possible. Ummmm 🤔
So Yesterday yeah, while reading, I came across a principle called The Law of Social Heredity.
It suggests that many of our beliefs, ambitions, behaviours, standards, and even our expectations are inherited from the social environment around us, nah here gangan I got shocked
We don't only inherit genes. Do you believe we inherit ideas too?, Think about it. The people you spend time with. The conversations you listen to.
The content your social media algorithm keeps feeding you ( this very important en 😫 ) The standards your environment rewards. All of these gradually shape how you think without asking for your permission. That's why environment is far more than where you live.
Atp, i get to believe that our environment includes: Our friends. Our workplace. Our books. Our social media feed ( keen). Even ourr mentors. The voices we listen to every day. Eventually, our environment becomes Our default way of thinking. And here's the dangerous part.
If everyone around you believes something is impossible, You may never even attempt it. Not because you lack ability. But because you've never seen another possibility.
That's why changing your environment can change your life. Sometimes you don't need more motivation. You need better exposure. Sometimes you don't need another motivational quote. You need a room full of people who are already living the future you're trying to build.
That's why I'm becoming more intentional about what I consume. Who I spend time with. What I read. What appears on my screen ( very important seh) . What influences my thinking. Because every influence is shaping me into someone. Whether I notice it or not.
So choose your environment carefully.
It may be designing your future more than your goals are. Because if your environment can limit your thinking, It can also expand it. Your environment doesn't just influence your future. Over time, it quietly becomes your future.
I'll leave you with this personal quote
' Stay around people who have already become who you aspire to be. It's okay starting by being the least experienced person in the room.'
