תחת ההנחה (הסבירה) שאף גוש לא יצליח להשיג 61 בבחירות הקרובות, הפתרון המתבקש הוא ממשלת אחדות ציונית. לא כי היא משאת נפשי, אלא כי אין ברירה. לא רק פוליטית - ערכית. יש לנו אתגרים עצומים: שתי חזיתות לא סגורות על הגבולות ועוד אחת באיראן, גיוס חרדים (וחשוב יותר: שילובם בכלכלה!), ממשל אמריקאי שמ-2028 לכו תדעו מה יהיה, יחסים בינ"ל שצריך לשקם, גרעון תופח, מהפכות טכנולוגיות ולכו תדעו איזה שלושה דברים משוגעים יקרו בחודש הבא. להיכנס לזה עם ממשלת מיעוט או בסבבי בחירות בלתי נגמרים תהיה טעות אסטרטגית עצומה. בסביבה שלנו, זו טעות שאנחנו לא יכולים להרשות לעצמנו. כן, עם הליכוד, ישר, יחד, ישראל ביתנו, עמך ישראל והמילואימניקים. אולי אפילו עם הציונות הדתית והדמוקרטים. יש סיבות לגיטימיות מאוד להתנגד ללפחות חלק מהרשימה כאן, אבל כל קוסנטלציה אחרת תשאיר אותנו משותקים במקרה הטוב וקרועים מבפנים במקרה הרע. ומצד השני, יש לנו הזדמנות לבנות תשתית קריטית לעשרות השנים הבאות. השאלה הגדולה היא האם מספיק מנבחרי הציבור (והציבור שהם מייצגים) מסוגלים להתעלות לגודל השעה.
