If you’re a young person who’s frustrated by someone (coach, teacher, parent) pushing you or holding you accountable, read this and pause to really think about it.
Coach John Outlaw..I'm thinking about you today and I wanted to tell you thank you. I'll never forget you walking into my house..snatching the cover off me..telling me to get my ass up or I wouldn't be going anywhere…I told him to get out of my house..but I was skipping school. I wasn't used to folks caring for me…but he did. I remember him waiting outside for me to take me to school…I got in..and he said…Son.. I've been coaching for a long time..and you have what it takes to play in the NFL. Don't screw this up. I know I didn't reach my goals without you..Coach. Thank you..and I love you…May God rest your soul 🙏🏿
