I've obtained the Orem Police Department's official police report concerning the arrest of Russell Kim Kennington at Utah Valley University (UVU) on September 11, 2025, the day after Charlie Kirk's assassination. This report addresses the hoax claims being pushed by DiligentDenizen and ProjectConstitu regarding a supposed SECOND RIFLE that was allegedly recovered from the assassination crime scene and NEVER reported to the public. Let's start with Project Constitution. On July 1, 2026, Project Constitution announced that they had obtained Kennington's Affidavit of Probable Cause. They also claimed that UVU Police had previously responded to their October 2025 GRAMA request by stating they had no responsive records. Their response? "That was a lie." Except there's a rather important detail they apparently overlooked in the very affidavit they published. At the bottom of the affidavit, the arresting officer's name is clearly identified: "/S/ Black, Chad R" I took that information, searched Utah's public employee salary records, and identified Chad Black as an officer with the OREM POLICE DEPARTMENT. So instead of submitting a GRAMA request to UVU Police, I submitted my request to Orem PD. Guess what? I RECEIVED THE POLICE REPORT. How did I get it? I simply told the Orem PD that I did not want anything related to the Tyler Robinson case, I did not want anything related to Russell Kennington. I just wanted the object that was confiscated. That made it easy for me to get a hold of the incident report and Record Officer Sedona Hansen turned it over with little issues. Orem PD Incident 25OR19774. The report identifies Sergeant C. Black as the responsible officer and documents Kennington's arrest on September 11, 2025. It also identifies personnel from the Utah County Sheriff's Office and Utah State Bureau of Investigation who assisted in the arrest. Now here's where the SECOND RIFLE narrative becomes interesting. For months, Diligent Denizen has repeatedly circulated footage of Kennington being escorted by law enforcement officers while claiming that one of the officers was carrying an EVIDENCE-TAGGED RIFLE. Not just any rifle, either. According to their posts, this was supposedly a SECOND, NEVER REPORTED rifle connected to Charlie Kirk's assassination. They've also suggested that Kennington was allowed to conceal an unidentified object beneath his clothing even after being searched. So what does the actual police report say? On page 5, Sergeant Black describes Kennington as wearing a white lab coat and carrying: "some type of plastic axe type toy with plastic chains" The report continues on page 6 by mentioning a cut-up jump rope with just the handles. Under the report's EVIDENCE section, the listed item is: "Black iPhone in brown case" Sergeant Black further documents that Kennington admitted crossing the yellow crime scene tape to photograph and record the area. His cellphone was confiscated as evidence, and a search warrant was to be sought. There is NO mention of Kennington possessing a rifle. NO mention of a second rifle being recovered during his arrest. NO mention of an evidence-tagged firearm being transported alongside him. The report does NOT corroborate the extraordinary claims that Diligent Denizen has repeatedly presented as fact. And there's another important distinction. Project Constitution's GRAMA dispute involved UVU Police. The report I obtained was given by OREM PD. Those are TWO DIFFERENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES. A response stating that one agency has no responsive records does not mean that another agency doesn't possess records concerning the same incident. It certainly isn't proof that somebody LIED or that investigators were concealing evidence. Like I said, the information needed to identify the reporting agency was sitting at the bottom of these hoaxsters' document. I followed that lead and obtained the report. The easiest thing to debunk. Here's what we can actually establish: Russell Kennington was arrested at UVU on September 11, 2025. Orem PD documented the arrest. The police report identifies a plastic axe-type toy, plastic chains, jump rope handles, and a cellphone. The cellphone was documented as evidence. The report does not document a second rifle. And nothing in the materials presented by these accounts establishes that an undisclosed rifle connected to Charlie Kirk's assassination was recovered during Kennington's arrest. There's a considerable difference between asking questions about an unidentified object in a video and repeatedly declaring that law enforcement secretly removed a second murder weapon. That's it. If they had any sense of intelligence, they would have figured this out a long time ago. Or maybe that's just the point and they needed another hoax to keep people hooked to their grifting. By the way, I watermarked these documents for the purpose of making sure that people do not manipulate them in any way whatsoever. I've already given my copy of the report to people I know are interested in the truth, not a lie.
