Southwark Planning Committee approved late tonight the 'redevelopment' of #ElephantandCastle Shopping Ctre for 4 votes in favour, 3 against, 1 abstention. However, there is still a long way before final approval. Next step: application will go to @MayorofLondon for a decision.
