🇸🇴 international defender @faisal_w33 was the highest rated player in Jeddah Club’s draw today. Had the most defensive contributions in the match.

Ghana & coach Kim Lars Björkegren struggle to pick the squad amid internal issues. Several players reportedly lost hope after defeats to Gambia & Côte d'Ivoire, unwilling to join for the two matches vs our team, Somalia. 🇸🇴⚽

9 G/A in his last 11 games. In the Eliteserien no less🤣 so lucky to have an attacker of this quality!

New squad is out, 5 changes. We’ve already spoken about 2 of them.
Jarma in for injury reasons, and Muba + Ali back in for 2 recruits last window in Addo and Sabriye.
Coach Yuuali has clearly decided to choose the attackers in form, can’t argue with him there.

Our very own @Abdisharif01 has been called up to the Somali national team once again for their upcoming #AFCON qualifiers against Ghana later this month!🇸🇴🆚🇬🇭
👊 Since Abdi has become a regular starter for the Ocean Stars, they have produced improved displays despite narrow losses to Gambia and Cǒte d’Ivoire in their opening two qualifiers in September.
@OceanStarsEsp now look to build on their positives against Ghana, who recently parted ways with former #RealMadrid boss Carlos Queiroz…
📈 Ghana boast a number of @premierleague representatives, namely Manchester City’s @antoinesemenyo and Tottenham’s Mohamed Kudus, so it would be another great experience for Abdi if he were to come up against these elite talents!
🗓️ Abdi and his Somali teammates will travel to face Ghana on Thursday, 12 November before they host the return qualifier on Monday, 16 November!
Good luck on your next international adventure, Abdi💫
