ALT Referral for "IST" with associated EF <20%. 12 lead of tachycardia termination top left with subtle change in P wave morphology. LAT map showing RAA SOO. Bottom panel is telemetry before and after ablation. Break in tach suggested IST was not the diagnosis. Reminder for all #EPFellows to review all available information prior to the case.
