Understanding what drives you, what gives you energy, what matters to you, and where you thrive changes how you approach your career. You start defining success on your own terms. A promotion isn't always progress. A prestigious job title isn't necessarily the right fit. And a career change isn't necessarily a step backward. Self-awareness doesn't make decisions easier, but it helps you make more intentional choices, even when circumstances aren't ideal. And it's an ongoing process. You evolve, your priorities change, and what mattered five years ago might not matter today. Your career is deeply personal. It should reflect who you are while leaving room for who you're becoming. This week 2 was about building a professional presence that actually tells the same story across the board: → Positioning yourself intentionally on LinkedIn → Making your skills and direction immediately clear → Using GitHub as evidence of what you can build → Building a portfolio to show recruiters not just what you know, but what you’ve actually built. → Aligning your profiles with the opportunities you’re targeting Having the skills is one thing. Making it easy for recruiters and hiring managers to see and understand those skills is another. Two weeks down. Six to go!
