I warmly welcome KOMEA's upcoming launch of its first India office in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in our bilateral maritime partnership.
Under Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji's vision, India's maritime manufacturing is experiencing unprecedented growth, boosted by a $7.8 billion shipbuilding package and the rapid development of greenfield mega clusters.

A very warm welcome to H.E. Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, Hon’ble Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways of India, as he begins his official visit to the Republic of Korea.
Over the next few days, the Hon’ble Minister will engage with Korean government counterparts and industry leaders in shipbuilding, marine equipment, maritime technology and maritime finance to explore concrete collaboration opportunities under the India-ROK Comprehensive Framework for Partnership in Shipbuilding, Shipping and Maritime Logistics.
He will also participate in the Ministerial Round Table at the World Maritime Day Parallel Event in Busan.
