In fall 1965, Robby Krieger stepped in as the final piece of The Doors. 🎸
Blending fingerstyle flamenco, slide guitar, and Blues, he instantly shaped the band's sound and brought the songs to match. In addition to his bottleneck slide work, Krieger penned heavy hitters like “Light My Fire,” “Love Me Two Times,” “Touch Me,” and “Love Her Madly.”
“The biggest thing for me beyond inspiration – no matter where I get it from - is that I never try and copy anybody.” - @OfficialKrieger
