Cost of sacking Liam Rosenior: £24m Cost of buying Sheffield Wednesday: £20m When sacking a manager costs more than a club in the Championship, it's probably time to start addressing those financial oblivion questions in football.

#FairDealForWednesday EFL you're complicit in Wednesday situation Chansiri passed your fit and proper test 10years ago yet you sat on your hands for 8 years while he failed to comply with rules Punish him not the fans and new owners

And some kids just want to turn up to an organised game and play football It's NOT all about development
Replying to @Teamgrassroots_
Bunch of fucking moaners commenting here like, designed to give us technical kids, who'll aim to catch up with the Spanish and the Brazilians of this world. So many whoppers wanting to joystick kids, zero interest in player development, and need an u8 'trophy' for their egos

A cup game away , 2 early goals conceded and 0-4 at half time. Albeit at a good div 1 team. Still trailing in the 2nd half your out of the cup. Do you take of your 2 strikers and go 1 up top?. The paid coach did onto of not naming all available players for the game.. mystified

Tier 7 coaches, their clubs social media, and the crap they talk. Moaning about throwing a lead away plus a none offside goal which earned a draw but no mention their 3rd was offside. Pitch conditions same for both sides but yet again his team failed to see out a win.

Unacceptable
#Shoutout to Brooke who broke her tibia and fibula in a 50/50 on Sunday. Unfortunately Brooke had to lay on the wet football pitch for 5 hours in agony waiting for help. The temperature dropped considerably and the daylight disappeared, she was lying in the dark in very low temperatures awaiting help as all instructions from SAS call takers advised us not to move her - we had no option to help in any way aside from waiting on the ambulance Fortunately Cumbernauld Utd called in a club doctor from another football club who arrived instantly and checked Brooke over confirming Brooke’s injury was serious. The doctor managed to speak to the ambulance service and within 10 mins, at 8pm, the ambulance arrived. It then took a further hour of the paramedics medicating Brooke and making her comfortable enough to be moved from the grass to the stretcher.

Experienced div 1 players named as subs as the home team scrape to a narrow victory. Makes you wonder what goes through some coaches heads , or Secretary.

As a coach/manager when your tactics/Formation has seen you go from leading to being behind, do you carry on with more of the same or change and attempt to retrieve something from the game. A change might just show you a new alternative way,but to have no plan B isn't acceptable

Disappointed in how the game panned out today we watched. Overly negative tactics by the home side who's coach felt the journey through playing football was more important than a result. It's open age so this is pretty much the terminus. Defeat accepted too easily

First game for Gee and some of her x Middlewood team mates, against some of her x team mates. Decent game, score flattered Handsworth to some degree as it was very even throughout. 2-0 to Handsworth at the end .

Chris Powell lifting the lid on his time at Sheffield Wednesday. "It's the most functional dysfunctional Football Club I've ever been at. But there's no board of directors. So the club is run by the owner, Chansiri." (Via: @sportsagentspod)

Player move clubs, follow their mates, forget to hand in kit from clubs they've left and clubs post their retained list. ( That'll be the players that stayed they mean) Grass roots preseason ⚽️⚽️
