For the record, lecturing an Augustinian Pope on the meaning of the Just War theory first promulgated by St. Augustine is not going to end well. 🤦♂️

It feels like a good time to remind people that @ManUtdWomen have been fed dust by these owners yet these girls have continued to roll their sleeves up, fight for each other, fight for the badge & fight for the fans. I don’t want to hear excuses for those bums paid 10x more.

One of my students told me today that she’s going to the soccer show tomorrow in flushing, but she’s not cheering for the flushing team she’s cheering for Sonny because he’s her favorite and he’s Korean like her, best part of my morning

Today is the 5 year anniversary of players pausing play in protest against sexual misconduct and the league's handling of that misconduct in 2021. This show of solidarity and courage would lead to many of the systemic changes in the NWSL today. A moment in history that also serves as a reminder of the need to keep speaking out and standing by one another
