Every dollar represents lives reached with the hope of Jesus. Thank you for giving!

Your prayers impact your pastor and your church. ⛪️
@shane_pruitt78 shares how you can pray for your pastor this weekend:
🙏 Pray for them to be anointed by the Spirit.
🙏 Pray for them to preach from an overflow of their own worship.
🙏 Pray for them to be protected from the enemy.
🙏 Pray for them to rest well afterward.

I loved meeting Pastors Eric Flynn and Rick Williams yesterday in Columbus, pictured here with Jeremy Westbrook and me. They pastor Violet Baptist Church. After 30 years, Rick is stepping down as pastor and will be working with other pastors across their state. Eric, who came to Christ in that church years ago, has been serving as executive pastor and will take the lead role in October. It’s a great example of selfless and strategic leadership.

5 years ago today we left Florida to come back to Ohio. Blessed to lead the @OhioBaptists family. Grateful to witness God's activity here in the Buckeye state. It's not been easy, but it has been worth it!

Pastors, your faithfulness is what makes any of this possible. 🙌
Every single new church plant is a local space where someone who doesn’t know Jesus can hear the gospel this Sunday.
“Planters don’t fall out of the sky. They come out of healthy, sending churches.” – Kevin Ezell
Thank you, Southern Baptists, for being a family of churches planting churches! 🌱
