I’ve had a very busy CPD month. I took part in the @LCHistoryTutor workshop across 2 evenings and tonight myself and @OideAaron are tuning in to the @JctHistory “hedge school” where we’re looking at commemorating #bloodysunday
One of today’s second year history tasks was to create an advert to raise awareness and money for the Irish people during the famine! Really impressed with everyone’s creativity, some excellent ads submitted! @Kingswoodcc16 #distancelearning #AppleEDUchat @JctHistory

Very happy to say we have donated goggles and gloves to Tallaght hospital @wearetuhf and a bag of glove and goggles to St. Michael’s Hospital @STMHDL
In times like these we need to work together as best as we can.
Students at @Kingswoodcc16 really showing their hard work and digital skills over the past week to fully engage with distance learning! I was really impressed with our second year history class who made excellent videos explaining the main events of the American Revolution

Online classes @Kingswoodcc16 💻📱setting work & supporting students. Fantastic what can be done in a #digitalschool with the hard work of students and staff 😊but not as important as minding ourselves and each other over the next few weeks 💙
Excellent work from our first year ICT students who have done a great job creating holiday adverts using IMovie. On a rainy day like today and with these trailers its hard not to be tempted to book a holiday ✈️ @Kingswoodcc16 #EveryoneCanCreate
TY students in @Kingswoodcc16 planning their shopping lists for @Young_SVP survive on 5 challenge! #surviveon5

Great example of technology enhancing learning at @Kingswoodcc16! First Year students used their IPads to create animations on the life of Abraham during this weeks RE class! #AppleTeacher
