Excited to share an update on our West Loop Production Facility. We’ve been up and running for a short time! It’s a little surreal and it’s a lot of work, but it’s an exciting time for our small - but growing - brewery. 1/5

Tried their pizza puff! Crispy puff with Italian sausage, pepperoni sauce, cheese and giardiniera ranch sauce. Great take on a Chicago classic. Delicious!
Plus, the Beef Al Pastor Crunchwrap. Another solid take on classic fast food. Their fries are excellent. FITZ-O-METER .331!

Marinated (soy sauce, garlic, pineapple) shredded beef shoulder, avocado, cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño salsa, tostada wrapped in a grilled tortilla, & side of chipotle crema. Served w/ crispy garlic fries.
Some traditions are sacred. Saturday morning cartoons. Drinking the cereal milk. And CINNAMON PROST season!
Our annual ode to that last sip of the bowl, this 7% White Stout is brewed w/ cinnamon & vanilla. Takes you back to when cartoons were the most important part of the week.

2 years ago, we collaborated w/ our good friends @RevBrewChicago on a beer for our 10-year anniversary. Trevor and Marty, Rev’s resident barrel wizard, smashed their respective brain grapes... 1/4
an oak tannin bite to cut through the richness of the base beer gives V.S.O.I.B. a collar and a tie. The Creative Oak toasts give hints of vanilla, marshmallow, creme brulée, and coconut all derived from the barrels themselves. 3/4
