I want to clear something up so that there is absolutely no doubt. I’m a Board Certified OB/GYN who has delivered over 2,500 babies. There’s not a single fetal or maternal condition that requires third trimester abortion. Not one. Delivery, yes. Abortion, no. – at Franklin, TN

Christianity Today isn’t the only one to have jumped the shark. The Tennessee Medical Association has as well - and in a big way. It has left the rational nonpartisan representation of Tennessee’s physicians and has turned hard left partnering with other leftist medical organizations, legislators, and organizations such as Planned Parenthood as they use our dues and contributions to do so. So disappointing. Entropy isn’t just an issue in thermodynamics. More to come. Much more.

One of the most entertaining things you’ll watch today. Can you imagine if they were actually in charge? 🤦🏻‍♂️
I often think of this video. Being in a room full of these people is like a form of torture.

Headed to Nashville’s first full day longevity summit put on by Next Health. I’ve been in the space since 2009 when it was still “Blue Ocean”. It’s so exciting to see so many others jumping in the pond and recognizing the power of what we have at our fingertips for early diagnostics and therapeutics across all frameworks from traditional medicine, to Ayurvedic and Chinese, integrative and holistic, functional and alternative therapies. I’m really excited about today and look forward to all we are going to see and learn as we collaborate with others seeking real wellness and wholeness. tri-apogee.com

Many successful people say: “I'll sleep when I'm dead.” The problem? Ignoring sleep may get you there sooner. Most adults need seven to eight hours of quality sleep. Sleep supports recovery, mental performance, physical health, and longevity. Rest is not time stolen from productivity. It is what makes sustainable performance possible.

You do not need to transform your entire life today. Start with one push up. Take one short walk. Choose one healthier meal. Go to bed at a consistent time. Then do a little more tomorrow. Extraordinary health is not built through one perfect decision. It is built through small decisions repeated consistently.

🔥 Inflammation is supposed to help you heal—not stay switched on. Acute inflammation is part of the body's normal response to injury. The concern is when inflammation becomes chronic and is associated with long-term health problems. Think of it like a fire: useful when controlled, damaging when it keeps burning. #ChronicInflammation #Inflammation #HealthyAging #HeartHealth #Wellness #PreventiveHealth #HealthyLifestyle #HealthEducation #Longevity #FYP

There is no magic solution for living longer. Not supplements. Not cold plunges. Not peptides. Not the latest diet. The strongest foundation is still simple: Eat nutritious food. Exercise consistently. Get enough sleep. Master the basics before chasing the newest longevity trend.

Normal test results do not always mean you are healthy. The body can compensate for poor sleep, unhealthy food, stress, and inactivity for years. Until it cannot. Disease rarely appears overnight. It often develops quietly for decades before symptoms become obvious. Do not wait for your health to fall off a cliff before paying attention.

❤️ Success means little without strong relationships. You can build the career, chase the goals, and accumulate everything you thought you wanted—yet still feel unfulfilled. A rich life isn't just about what you achieve. It's about **who you share it with.** #Relationships #Happiness #Fulfillment #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth #Success #HealthyRelationships #Purpose #Mindset #FYP

Living longer does not always mean living healthier. Modern medicine has added decades to the average lifespan. But rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions continue to rise. The real goal is not simply reaching 100. It is reaching 100 with strength, independence, and purpose.

If everyone tells you "you're going to die young, it's genetic," you'll believe it. Surround yourself with a different mindset, and you start believing: I can be healthy. I can live to 90+. Mindset is what's really limiting us. #Mindset #Health #Longevity #Wellness

It's never too late. Even at 80. 3 things to nail: nutrition, exercise, sleep. Do a push-up right now. Try a 60-sec wall sit. Cut the donuts and pizza for whole foods. Get 7-8 hours of consistent sleep. Start today. #Health #Wellness #Fitness #HealthyHabits

"I'll sleep when I'm dead", you'll actually die sooner if you don't sleep. Most humans need 7-8 hours. Only ~2% can function on 4 hours. That's not most of us. Hardest thing to convince people of, especially in the West's "produce, produce, produce" culture. #Sleep #Wellness #Productivity #Health

We should begin to advocate for the traditional family once again and forget all the other nonsense.
I’ve been warning about this for years

I spent the evening at a Special Operators Transition Foundation Gala in Nashville. Aside from amazing civilian entrepreneurs, the room was filled with retired and active duty men who spent many years in the SO world, and their wives. All who sacrificed much to do what we did. The transition back to civilian life is hard. Sometimes near impossible. No one really understands unless they’ve been there. Many times instead of support, these men are met with criticism and hostility. Even from their own families. It felt good to be in that room with those men. Brought back many memories. Not all good. But most certainly defining. Truth be told I still haven’t fully transitioned. I don’t know that I will ever. I miss the men. I miss the mission. I miss the brotherhood. Check them out and support them if you will. Give. Pray. Serve. Mentor. Hire a Special Operator. sotf.org
