Stocks bounced. Crypto didn't. The Nasdaq rebounded nearly 2% Friday after Thursday's AI rout pushed it into correction territory, with Nvidia up 6.6% and Micron up 9.8% early, per CBS News. Bitcoin barely moved: BTC sits at $75,797 (-0.13%, 24h), ETH at $2,227.59 (-0.31%), SOL at $89.91 (+0.44%) and XRP at $1.17 (-3.93%). That's the tell. Crypto fell right alongside tech on the way down, then sat out the relief rally, even with a 165,000 payrolls beat that showed the economy isn't cracking. A market that takes the downside and skips the bounce is still unwinding positions. $75,000 is your line. Lose it on a daily close and the 200-day average near $73.2K is next. Reclaim $77K and the AI flush was the low. Stocks shrugged off Thursday in a day. Why can't bitcoin? NFA. DYOR. @CoinDesk $BTC $ETH $SOL $XRP #Bitcoin #Crypto cbsnews.com/news/stocks-tech…

Crypto Morning Watch: November 6, 2026 The AI trade broke, and bitcoin went with it. The Nasdaq fell 5.5% on Thursday and the Nasdaq 100 had its worst session since March 2020, per CoinDesk, with chip stocks down 12% on fears that a Democratic Congress slows the data-center buildout. BTC sits at $75,522 (-4.92%, 24h), with ETH at $2,227.46 (-6.44%), SOL at $89.95 (-5.47%) and XRP at $1.18 (-9.41%), after more than $1B in liquidations, per CoinGlass via CoinDesk. Then this morning's jobs report ran hot: 165,000 payrolls, well above forecasts, and unemployment down to 4.1%, per CNBC and Bloomberg. That's more ammunition for the two Fed officials who already voted to hike. If you're trading this, $75,000 is your line. Lose it on a daily close and the 200-day average near $73.2K is next. Hold it and Thursday's flush was the low. AI rout plus a hot jobs print: is $75K the floor, or the next level to break? NFA. Crypto Morning Watch: November 5, 2026 Bitcoin slipped back under $80K after Wall Street's post-election rally. The Dow closed up 3.03% on Wednesday, per Why It Moved, but BTC faded from above $80.6K to $79,394 (+1.49%, 24h), with ETH at $2,380.10 (+2.86%), SOL at $95.14 (+2.57%) and XRP at $1.30 (+1.72%). Now the focus shifts to Friday's October jobs report at 8:30 AM ET. With a December hike already heavily priced, a hot payrolls print is the fastest way to undo the election relief. If you're trading this, $80,000 is your line. Reclaim it on a daily close and $82K is next. Stay under it into the jobs report and $77K is the next test. NFA. Crypto After Market Recap: November 4, 2026 Wall Street threw a relief rally for divided government, and bitcoin held $80K through it. The Dow was up about 3% late in the session, per TheStreet, and Brent fell below $100 as traders bet on less geopolitical risk. BTC sat at $80,141 (+3.02%, 24h), with ETH leading at $2,421.76 (+5.78%), XRP at $1.30 (+1.66%) and SOL lagging at $94.79 (+1.29%) after giving back an earlier pop above $96. Analysts quoted by TheStreet say split government lowers the odds of sudden policy shifts. For crypto, that cuts both ways: less legislative risk, but the market-structure bills the industry wanted are now harder to pass. If you're trading this, $80,000 is your line. Hold it into Friday's jobs report and $82K is the next test. Lose it and $77K is back in play. Divided government rallied stocks 3%. Is gridlock good for crypto? NFA. Crypto Morning Watch: November 4, 2026 Bitcoin is back above $80K the morning after a Democratic sweep. BTC rose to $80,530 (+3.98%, 24h) after dipping near $75.6K overnight, with ETH leading at $2,438.73 (+6.55%), SOL at $97.10 (+4.19%) and XRP at $1.32 (+3.18%). Bitwise's André Dragosch and CoinShares' James Butterfill both told Decrypt the sweep was largely priced in. The market did pick sides inside crypto. Trump-linked TRUMP fell 7.1% and WLFI fell 5%, while CoinDesk's DeFi index rose about 5%, per CoinDesk. If you're trading this, $80,000 is your line again. 🚨 Democrats will take the House, CNN and CNBC project. Here's what that means for crypto. Crypto slid as results came in. Bitcoin fell from about $77.8K this afternoon to $75,730, roughly 2.6% in a few hours, with SOL down to $90.23 and ETH to $2,227.95. The House call itself wasn't a surprise, though: Polymarket priced it at 94% this afternoon, per The Block. Committees change hands. Democrats would set the agenda on the panels that oversee digital assets, and experts told The Block to expect more oversight of the industry and less emphasis on new crypto legislation. Pending bills slow down. Market-structure bills like the CLARITY Act, already stalled after a failed Senate vote in September, would need Democratic buy-in to move. What doesn't change: the GENIUS Act stablecoin law already passed, and day-to-day regulation still runs through the SEC and CFTC under the executive branch. The Senate is the next call. CNBC says Democrats are poised to take it, and winning both chambers would give them far more leverage than the House alone. Does a Democratic House change your crypto thesis? NFA. 🚨 Update: Democrats have also flipped the Senate, ABC and CNBC project. That's a full sweep of Congress. Bitcoin's reaction: it bounced back to $76,713 after dipping to $75,730 on the House call. Crypto After Market Recap: November 3, 2026 Prediction markets are pricing a Democratic sweep, and bitcoin bounced anyway. BTC rose to $77,787 (+1.42%, 24h), with ETH at $2,289.36 (+1.84%), SOL at $93.49 (+2.13%) and XRP at $1.28 (+2.62%). Polymarket gave Democrats a 94% chance of winning the House and 76% for the Senate early Tuesday afternoon, with Kalshi nearly identical, per The Block. Experts quoted there expect more oversight and less of a push on crypto legislation if that holds. The long-term chart is the twist. On midterm day in 2014, 2018 and 2022, bitcoin traded below its 200-day average. This year it sits about 5% above it, near $73.2K, per CoinDesk. If you're trading this, $77,000 is your line through the overnight count. Hold it and $80K is the retest into Friday's jobs report. Lose it on a daily close and the September low near $75K is next. A Democratic sweep is priced at 75% or better. Is crypto pricing in more oversight, or ignoring it? NFA. DYOR. @CoinDesk $BTC $ETH $SOL $XRP #Bitcoin #Midterms theblock.co/news/regulation/…

The 10 cheapest crypto protocols by revenue right now. Spark trades at 0.34x annualized revenue, the lowest on the board. GMX more than doubled its 30-day revenue (+111%) and still sits at 1.63x. Crypto After Market Recap: October 30, 2026 Bitcoin lost $77K as October closed in a risk-off flush. BTC sat at $76,827 (-4.31%, 24h), with ETH at $2,238.24 (-3.25%), SOL at $94.93 (-4.33%), XRP at $1.25 (-1.69%) and BNB at $700.02 (-4.35%). Crypto Morning Watch: October 30, 2026 The Binance hack is now a $6.3B event, and bitcoin is testing $77K. Binance puts the impact at about $6.3B, says it will cover all losses from its SAFU fund and company funds, and has paused withdrawals, which it says are on track to resume in about 45 hours, per Cointelegraph's live coverage. This is what happens when billions sit in one hot wallet. Roughly $2.8B left Binance hot wallets on Ethereum tonight, based on Etherscan estimates cited by CryptoTicker. Security firm Defimon calls it abuse of an EIP-7702 delegation with a compromised key. Binance says it is "actively investigating" a "potential security issue," and co-founder Yi He posted "User Funds SAFU." Here's the twist: about $2.4B of it was frozen within hours. Tether froze more than 1.567B USDT and Circle more than $800M in USDC. Roughly 195K ETH can't be frozen and is still with the attacker.
