Some labels need to rethink what they’re doing They are trying to make their artistes songs go viral when they haven’t given people enough of a reason to care about the artist. Spending enough money to build brands but limiting focus to individual releases. Then at the end, the artiste has to pay back all this money??? That’s how you know some really have no idea what to do. By yourself, you’re limiting the income to only record releases If there’s no identity, story, personality or world around it, the attention gotten per record disappears as quickly as it came. Don’t just market the record. Build the reason people should remember who made it.
