So do people know writers have favorite readers? 🩷 Like that reader you wait for every time you post, every chapter you hope they come by and take time to say something, and when they do it just makes your day. Wonderful people.

i made some amazing friends simply by being an active reader and sharing my thoughts on the fics i admire. people don't know what they're missing out on they think authors are losing engagement when in reality everybody is losing human connections!!

I have quite a couple amazing readers who seem to catch so many of my writing intentions and it fills me with so much joy when they mention it. Like yes! How did u manage to read my mind so well! I’m so grateful for all my readers, especially the ones who leave lovely comments 😭

I'm a writer but I often tell people, "I'm a better reader than a writer." Reading as a skill is so underrated, and I wonder if people have any idea how much joy writers feel when a reader comes along and understands and catches the things the writer wants the reader to notice. +

a few people have asked if i have epubs/pdfs of my work to share around and i would actually like to do that but i unfortunately am a lunatic who writes in Pages, doesn’t name her docs, and types out the html code as she’s writing. so as u might imagine there are some issues

AO3 life had a fic of my friend and I that not only had under 10 hits but was also only up for two months in 2020 and was DELETED FROM GOOGLE DOCS !!! WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE FIC OURSELVES. So no, that website (and all the other popping up) are NOT from drives OR Google docs.
