As the season winds down, and Coaches as well begin losing their jobs. Before cheering for your favorite team to farther Coach consider something gets lost in those discussions.
People forget one man is not losing his job, instead it is a whole staff individuals who will likely need a new place of employment but each of them knew that was part of the job when they signed up
Then you have the wife who knew that was part of this relationship, but still held the family together all season long and now has to leave her job, and the community that she formed
And then there’s the kids of each of the staff members. They did not choose to be born into a family, where dad is a coach, and where they are forced to leave their friends, their school, their youth group, and their extracurricular activities and have to start all over again.
Wide receiver splits create space, stretch the defense, and give QBs a clearer picture. 🏈 #FootballCoaching
Let’s goooo! Can’t wait to see who the second ever winner is! Tag a coach you think deserves it!

Breaking down the L-Drill! 🏈 Focusing on moving with the back foot first, maintaining proper passer profile, and developing strong footwork fundamentals to improve pass protection.#FootballCoaching #OffensiveLine #OLDrills #PassProtection

Coach Kortlin White doesn't treat warm-ups as just prep. His athletes practice fundamental movement skills from the very first rep. 🏈 His off-season PVC Jump Series builds posture, rhythm, balance, and body control, teaching players to move with intent and control their center of mass. The PVC ISO Series follows by activating the glutes, hamstrings, and core so athletes can hold a strong bridge, create tension, and stabilize the trunk before they ever sprint or cut. #StrengthAndConditioning #FootballTraining #OffSeasonWork #PVCWarmUp
Help inside? Toe to toe. On an island? Split him down the middle. 🎯 Simple leverage rule that changes how you teach DB alignment. #DBTips #CoachingClinic
Coaching job open? Open date on the schedule?
I built two free tools to fix both:
🏈 Coaching Openings: post a job free, and applicants show up ranked by fit, with the reasons shown. Coaches build one profile and apply anywhere.
📅 Game Openings: find opponents for open dates, fill tournament spots, or rent out your stadium or gym for playoff games.
Free forever. Every sport. Nationwide.
The only thing missing is you. 👇
Coach Michael Waldie Krum breaks down the choice game — simple rules, win fast. If you’re the single choice, don’t overthink alignment or hips; just hit that fifth step and go. #Onebackclinic #football #simplerules #fyp

I am building out a website to help serve ADs, Coaches, Trainers, & athletes. It brings everything we need into one spot
My girlfriend was looking through it & she goes “I never realized everything that coaches do. Yall have so much to manage, that no one ever sees!”

Read the shell. Watch the flow. Pull it. 🎯Our run action with a puller, and the QB's eyes on one guy. If he's full flow on the snap, the ball's coming out. #FootballCoaching #RPO #XsAndOs
