After months of organizing by One Fair Wage, the Black Organizing Project, and community partners, a City Council committee voted 4–0 to advance the proposal.
Next stop: Full Council on Dec. 1.

Breaking: 🚨 Today, One Fair Wage joined current and former Chili’s workers, attorneys, and NY lawmakers outside the federal courthouse at 500 Pearl Street in NYC to announce a class-action lawsuit against Chili’s parent company, Brinker International.
