Preparing for the next pandemic requires a #OneHealth approach, and the role of animal health in agrifood systems is critical in preventing diseases at their source. 🐓👤🌱
Through the Resilient Philippines Project of the @Pandemic_Fund , the @dacentralph -Bureau of Animal Industry , the Department of Health (Philippines) , and @FAOPhilippines are working together to strengthen governance, risk surveillance, and outbreak response in the animal and public health systems.
Together, we are empowering farmers, animal and human health workers, and local stakeholders by building their capacities to enable them to actively participate in disease prevention, preparedness, and response.
