Yesterday I had a delivery to pick up THEN!!! Ffs I had to down load and app. Not happening in any of their retarded thinking.
So I called my supplier up and after several interactions on the phone, it was concluded, by myself that they now wanted me to work for them by downloading an App, figuring out how it worked and pick up my package.
I spent 115000ddk with them.
I advised the seller of the product who my next supplier will be, just so they were sure I would not be contacting them,
Any purchase I make in future I will check I don’t have to spend my time and equipment to receive their product.
I would pay 1000ddk CASH! to not down that app. I still don’t have that app and they lost a LOYAL customer.
To clarify the chap on the phone was a gentleman. The problems come from incompetent upper management.
I don’t care how you solve your problems but don’t give them to me.
