We see bots doing marketing, HR, coding, or lead gen for e-commerce. Some of you use it personally for diet, training, or planning trips. We’d love to know all of the use cases! So, what are the tasks your bots do?

Set up your routine once. Let your agents keep you up to date. One agent researches AI news. Another drafts a post. The workflow runs every day at 9 AM in OpenBot. Here’s how it works and how to set it up.

I’ve got an update from the dev. It’s live already 😅 You can move everything between your OpenBot servers. It transfers bots, context and settings - basically everything.

Live Voice is here in OpenBot. Talk to your agent, hear its reply, and keep talking. OpenBot listens again after each answer, so you can have a live conversation without pressing Send. Interrupt whenever you need. Try it in the desktop app: + -> Voice.

Last night was definitely stressful for some people. In moments like these, having the option to run your stack locally matters even more. Run it locally with OpenBot and sleep peacefully.

OpenBot 0.45.0–0.47.0 🎙️ Voice, your way - Talk to an agent in a live voice conversation, with spoken replies and controls to mute, interrupt, or end the session. - Dictate messages and have replies read aloud in 31 languages, with a choice of voices. - Voice processing stays on your computer. When using a remote agent, only the text is sent to the server. More control over agent work - Ask side questions from the web app and on joined servers. - Let an agent show its plan before a longer task, or start a fresh chat for itself after saving notes. - See the subagents used by Claude and Codex, with their tasks and progress. - Change an agent’s model or reasoning effort while it’s working; the change applies to its next turn. More providers and integrations - Connect multiple Slack workspaces and Discord servers, with optional role-based access for Discord. - Use Inception’s Mercury models as a provider. - Choose Codex’s Fast service tier for supported models. - Attach ZIP files for agents to extract, and receive ZIP archives back in chat. Remote servers need v0.47.0 to accept ZIP attachments. Clearer notifications - Get desktop and web notifications when an agent needs you to finish a browser step, or when a message or routine can’t start. - Server notification settings now work across desktop and phone, so events aren’t missed while you’re using your computer. Built for teams - Run routines around the clock on an OpenBot server. - Manage company licenses for teams, including seats and member limits. Full changelog: openbot.run/changelog#v0-47-…

Your weekly report shouldn’t require esports-level Excel skills. One prompt to OpenBot. Your agents split the work and prepare the report for you to review.
