The Nakamoto Bonus system is: ✅ Simple to implement ✅ Adapts to network conditions ✅ Incentivizes decentralization Yet... ⚠️ Critics warn it may open doors to Sybil attacks. However: - Sybils are detectable - Gaming the system is costly - Diminishing returns discourage abuse

To address centralization risks, they introduce a Nakamoto Bonus. Tokens included in the Nakamoto Bonus are redistributed to encourage smaller validators. Validators with low voting power receive bonus incentives, becoming more attractive for delegators to support them.

From Fair to Smart: Evolving the Block Reward System Today, the network rewards validators strictly proportionally based on voting power. Delegators earn based on their share. No surprises, just math. ✅It's simple and fair, but lacks incentive for decentralization.
