Is this really justice
Three months! Today marks 90 days behind bars in the SHU. Zero convictions, eel pictures in a group chat and phantom victims being treated like a national emergency. Two American brothers deprived of their freedom while the legal circus continues, justice delayed is justice denied. #FREETHETATES āš–ļø

An apartment I was sharing in 2014 with 5 other fighters was raided and I was arrested. All of the devices were taken from the apartment and nothing happened. Nothing was found on them. All charges against me were officially dropped in 2019 regarding this raid. The devices were then destroyed by the police because they refused to return them. Now randomly in 2026 they say they have a download of the device (the device is confirmed destroyed) and found a group chat on it with 50 fighters in it sending around gore videos. A man stepping on a landmine Cartel cutting some guy's head off Isis setting people on fire Some guy fucking an eel Bla bla. And are CHARGING me with this for indecent porn in a group chat? Um… excuse me. I thought I was a human trafficker? I thought I had girls tied up in basements? From world's biggest human trafficker to an old group chat when I was 24? Do you have any idea how pathetic and desperate this looks? Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel. This is what 6 years of investigations have gotten you? Is this why I’m in federal prison 15 years later? An old group chat? IT WASN'T EVEN MY PHONE. Clown world.

The media are always right, right?
We sat in court for the bail hearing and listened to them Tell us that the conditions the brothers were facing are lies they didn’t even complain just simply explained what it was… it’s now been reported by the media you ā€œtrustā€.. believe it now?

Why does the FDC treat American citizens with no criminal record worse than they treat convicted criminals. People have complained before about the conditions but no one takes action. They continue over step peoples civil rights. The Florida state government should take note.
The Tate brothers, Andrew and Tristan, are awaiting extradition to the UK on charges including rape and sexual assault, which they deny. Detainees of the Florida Detention Centre in Miami have described cockroaches, broken toilets, overcrowding and a lack of food at the facility. šŸ”— telegraph.co.uk/us/news/2026…

The FDC claim that there centre is humain but roaches, shit, no clean sanitation, food and no clean water does not say this. And if you are innocent and are subjected to these conditions then you have to ask the question… why?

Is the FDC actually worse than a Romanian dungeon… well it seems like it. Shit, cockroaches, minimal food, clean water, now if the inmates are guilty then there is a element of ā€œok you deserve thisā€ but when you have no convictions never had a trial, you ask the question, why?

The only reason many of us haven’t k*lled ourselves, is because of this guy. Andrew Tate got more people to the gym and saved millions of lives, way more than any celebrity ever did. And he’s suffering in a jail cell because of it.

In the uk you get two years in jail for flying your flag. 6 months for a tweet or post While criminals are being let out of jail And immigrants get away with raping and stabbing… Let that sink in.

šŸšØšŸ‡·šŸ‡“JUST IN: The Tates Romanian lawyer SLAMS the new indictment charges against Andrew and Tristan:😳 Tate’s lawyer šŸ—£: ā€œToday’s decision by DIICOT DOES NOT determine guilt and it should not be presented as though it does. I’ll be honest, this whole argument that ā€œTop G is just a characterā€ is bullshit. Andrew is a marketing genius. He understood how to pull potential out of people. He understood what he needed to say to invoke conversations that needed to be had. He was willing to be the heel when necessary, because sometimes you have to become the villain to force people to confront uncomfortable questions. He understood the psychology of attention. Start with something that grabs you. Then walk you through the logical process. Did he experiment with what he could say? Absolutely. Did he test what was too dark, what created good attention, what created bad attention, and what techniques actually got people to listen? Absolutely. But when you start with zero resources, sometimes you have to be your own guinea pig. You test. You learn. You refine. Once he understood the game, he refined the technique. He cut out what was noise and kept what was effective at cutting through the bullshit and delivering the message. That doesn’t mean the person behind it was fake. It means he understood marketing. And he always wanted to be remembered. From a kid, he wanted to be the person who figured it out. Then he achieved the material wealth. But that wasn’t the end. That was when the question became: ā€œWhat do I leave behind?ā€ The message to protect your family To be stoic To be the best human you can possibly build. He wanted to give people from the same starting point he came from a chance to build what he had built. To go from point zero. To pull themselves out of the mud. That’s why he created The Real World. He didn’t mislead people with some fantasy of easy success. He didn’t tell people there was a shortcut. He didn’t tell them they could cut the line. He gave them tools. He taught them how to use those tools. And then told them the responsibility was theirs. YOU had to use them. YOU had to work. YOU had to build. And when you did, you were supposed to be proud of what YOU built. So when people say ā€œTop G is just a character,ā€ I think they’re completely missing the point. Yes, there is a persona. Yes, there is marketing. Yes, there was strategy behind how he presented himself. But the ambition was real. The work was real. The mission was real. The message was real. Top G isn’t some fictional superhero who comes to save you. Top G is the superhero you build within yourself. He represents what you could become if you stop waiting for somebody to pull you out of the mud. He gave you the tools. He showed you the way. But YOU have to become the fucking hero. That’s my take. 🫔

Much respect to Marcell, Nigel, and Rory, flying in from overseas to show support for their day one brothers, Andrew and Tristan Tate. They flew across the ocean and pulled up to the gates of Hell, because that’s where their brothers are. This is what loyalty looks like.

This is fucking disgusting… how can they do this to people UK and the US… it’s serious next level disgusting!!! How did the US congress treat a person that purposely killed 7 million people?
WHAT THEY DID TO ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE ON SUNDAY Andrew and Tristan Tate remain in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) at FDC Miami. They have seen the sun only four times since July 18th. On Sunday, guards deployed OC spray in the SHU. My clients, Andrew and Tristan Tate, had nothing to do with the incident. They were locked in their cells when it happened. The guards had gas masks. Andrew and Tristan, however, were afforded no such luxury. Locked in a cell with nowhere to go, the chemical spray quickly filled the SHU, poured into their cells, and burned their eyes, throats, and airways. To protect themselves, Andrew and Tristan wet their T-shirts in the shower and wrapped their eyes and heads in the shirts as best they could. The Bureau of Prisons' own regulation demands immediate medical examination and treatment. The Department of Justice's own manual says the first aid for this chemical is fresh air and copious amounts of cool water. Andrew and Tristan received no air, no water, no doctor, and no nurse. Two men convicted of no crime in any country on Earth wrapped wet T-shirts around their faces, sat in a chemical cloud, and waited. You do not have to take my word for it. Two hours later, my co-counsel Tom Maniotis arrived at the facility for a legal visit. The air was still so toxic that his eyes burned and he struggled to breathe. Thomas cut the meeting short and agreed to come back in two hours to give time for the chemicals to clear out. Thomas went to our apartment and washed his face and hands. He returned to the SHU a second time, where the meeting had to be cut short because his eyes were irritated and his throat was burning. So much so that he went straight from the jail to urgent care, where he was diagnosed with acute toxic conjunctivitis, a chemical injury to his eyes. That diagnosis is on paper, from a hospital. Think about what I am saying. Thomas' short-term exposure sent him straight to urgent care. Andrew and Tristan have been stuck in the SHU since this incident happened without medical care or decontamination protocol of any kind. They sit in that cell over no American charge and no broken rule. They sit there because the United Kingdom, which watched them travel freely for three years and did nothing, suddenly demanded their arrest. Instead of the safekeeping the law requires, Andrew and Tristan are being horribly punished. Four hours of sunlight in three weeks, bunks too short for their bodies, no pillows, legal meetings in rooms monitored by cameras, and now a chemical agent in their cells with no help afterward. The Supreme Court says a man awaiting trial may not be punished at all. England's own law says a man jailed before trial is held for safe custody and not for punishment. Every rule forbids what is happening inside that building, and it is happening anyway. On Thursday, August 13, a federal judge in Miami will hear our motion for Andrew and Tristan's release. If you care about justice and the right of all American citizens not to be punished this way, then you must speak out. Let the whole world see your anger by sharing this post. Punishment before judgment is tyranny. Free Andrew and Tristan Tate. Free Them Now.
