Fisayo Kolawole is one of the most brilliant leaders I have ever listened to (and I do not say this lightly). You see, nothing prepared us for the depth we were about to receive sitting with Fisayo Kolawole, Country Manager at Paystack. But we were ready. Nine years at Paystack, and the previous seven at Interswitch—a leader like Mr. Kolawole brings a rare level of high-grade wisdom, invaluable experience, and data-backed perspective. We weren't there for motivation. We were there for the uncomfortable truths leaders do not often say in public, for the insights you have to pay to hear, and for the perspectives that only time can realistically give.

Hi everyone, I’m Marvellous, some of you know me as Ini. I’m a few months from finishing my MPH at NYU. I planned for this year with a student loan and a summer internship but it didn’t come through. Then this month, MPOWER shut down. I was on their waitlist. #FundDrMarvellous

The fact that you're even considering it makes me realise maybe I'm a wicked person 😭
A friend of mine needs a loan for something but I have borrowed him money before and he didn’t return it. What he needs money for is important and huge. I’m so scared to borrow him even though I know how important and timely this is. PS this is not a money I can part away

My Father doesnt wait to learn from his own personal experience, as long as someone has experienced an unfavorable outcome from a particular experience you will not catch my father there. He never drank this Vitamilk and we never had it in our home because his friend drank it in university and purged through out the night. We never went swimming because my fathers friend lost two of his sons by drowning accident in a beach One day my dad came to see me and I noticed he now used a car lock, something he has never used before Me: Daddy did they steal your friend car” Dad: Ah let me gist you 😂😂😂😂😂😂 That single decision saved him in Abuja, his car was broken into but they couldn’t steal the car because he had learnt from his friend and put steering lock.

MTT. One of the most passionate people I've seen when it comes to enabling grassroots education. May posterity be kind to you, Sir 🥹🥹🫶🏾
On 10th October 2026, I had the privilege of welcoming 60 students into the second edition of the Mukhtaar Tijani Scholars’ Programme, an initiative of the Mukhtaar Tijani Foundation supporting indigent students who live and attend school on Lagos Island. For me, this programme is about more than providing educational materials. It is about giving children a fairer opportunity to learn, grow and pursue their dreams, regardless of their financial circumstances. Each of our 60 scholars received tuition funds, a signed scholarship certificate, textbooks, school uniforms, exercise books and other essential educational materials to support their academic journey. One of the most fulfilling parts of the event was seeing the excitement of the students and the joy on their parents’ faces. Those moments were a powerful reminder of how much it means to families when someone believes in their children and invests in their future. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. While we may not be able to solve every challenge a child faces, we can take deliberate steps to make the journey a little easier and open doors to greater possibilities. To our 60 new scholars, congratulations! This is an opportunity to take your education seriously, believe in your abilities and keep working towards your aspirations. I hope you will make the most of it and, in the future, find opportunities to extend the same kindness to others. I am grateful to everyone who contributed to making this second edition a success. We remain committed to supporting education and investing in the next generation, one child at a time.

When you study the Bible and become familiar with what is written, the Holy Spirit can begin to plug those verses, passages and concepts into your mind, in real time, while you’re handling life situations, and if you listen, this is how you are molded to the character of Christ

You people do this all the time. A young woman loses her husband and people start making posts that could make others paint her in bad light. Unfailingly. Such a shame.
Why doesn’t Toluwanising’s wife want her husband buried in the house he built in Ibadan? She said she couldn’t live in a house where her husband would be buried. The late singer’s father has revealed that he and his daughter-in-law are having disagreements over where Toluwanising should be buried. According to his father, Toluwanising was born in 1992 and was named Sodiq before converting to Christianity. He insisted that his son was 34, not 44, as some people have claimed. He also revealed that Toluwanising lost his mother when he was just six months old. Recounting how he learnt of his son’s death, the father said he was attending a ceremony when he received a distress call asking him to return home. Shortly afterwards, he began seeing his son’s pictures circulating online with RIP captions. When he contacted his son’s wife to discuss the burial arrangements, she suggested burying him in a cemetery or church. His father disagreed, arguing that since his son had a house in Ibadan, he should be buried there. However, his wife maintained that she could not live in a house where her husband would be buried. The father said he then suggested that if his son could not be buried in his own house, his body should be taken to the village and buried beside his late mother.

As a man, if you want God to expose how much of a hypocrite you are, get married. You know that scene where Isaiah comes before God and says; "Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, you will understand. You will realise how much of an inconsistent person you are, and how they are only managing you, and no matter the facade you put out in public, you are only a shadow of what you think you are. You will fall on your knees and ask God for help.
