Our group's first paper: We track cell cycle and cell growth through entire life cycles in a single-cell model organism using a combination of real and AI-generated images.

Have a microscope? Need to track cells? Our new preprint shows how generative AI frame interpolation help microscopists track fluorescently labeled nuclei, bacteria, fungi, cancer cells, immune cells, and organoids by using GANs and Diffusion processes.

📢 After 10 fabulous years in @JanSkotheim lab at Stanford, I am excited to move back to Cambridge and start my own lab at @CamBiochem in early 2024. The lab will focus on studying cell size regulation, cell cycle and fate decisions. Apply for PhD/Postdoc: zatulovskiylab.org/

Check out our new pre-print! We find that cell size determines proteome composition in a way that’s highly conserved across eukaryotes. Lots of interesting implications for development, cancer, and (as we show) replicative aging. Brief thread below...(1/8)
