Most retailers still don’t know their conversion rate.
They know revenue. They almost never know how many people walked in and left without buying.
Dôr has been measuring that for years wireless sensor, five-minute install, already live in 2,000+ locations with over $5 billion in sales data analyzed.
This week they added a full Retail Intelligence layer that connects traffic to POS, labor, and operations. That platform now sits inside @aiaiholdings .
Full interview with the @DorTechnologies team is live.

Thank you to everyone who chose to stake with my $DAG node. That support means a lot and I will continue to do what I can for the community around it.
The frustration is real and it is not unique to this network. A lot of people have been here for years and are still waiting to see clear measurable adoption and use cases that show up outside the existing community.
The gap between what the technology can do and what has actually been proven at scale is what most of the fatigue is about. That gap exists across the market, not just here.
People are done treating patience as unlimited and trust as free. They want progress they can measure, questions that are not waved away and value creation they can actually verify.
Innovation takes time. No one is owed a candle that only goes up. History, hype cycles and loud communities are no longer enough on their own.
The networks that last will be the ones whose utility is obvious, whose data is public and whose results are hard to ignore.
I still believe the technology is strong. Real adoption only happens when the work shows up in measurable ways.
Support the direction. Scrutinize the claims. Asking hard questions protects the standard. Execution is what separates the rest.
Better. Stronger. Faster. $DAG

Binance spends about $300 million a year on compliance with roughly 1,500 people in those roles.
They still lost more than $5 billion in a single attack.
If they cannot stop it a focused network cannot either.
AI agents can run cheap parallel searches across every line of code for vulnerabilities. Fixes take time. Attacks do not. A small team cannot keep up.
Pacaswap shutting down sucks. People who put capital in lost a product they used. Alex Brandes spent nearly two years building Tessellation V3 so Pacaswap could exist. He said the design has not held up. He owns that.
Alex put it plainly:
“We just came to the realization that we’re just structurally disadvantaged to being able to properly defend those funds that are open source and on this open network. We don’t think we can defend that and it’s not fair to the community to leave it in that state.”
Liquidity providers received their positions back in full from the September 9 snapshot. SWAP balances were reissued on Base to the matching address.
The team stopped putting community funds at risk and put $DAG at the center of the inference network where people get paid for real compute work. Hard decision. Not a conspiracy.

Blockchain doesn’t need AI.
AI needs blockchain.
Agentic systems need an independent proof layer.
Blockchain is under attack from AI and Binance is the latest victim
PacaSwap was closed for the same reason: small teams can’t keep defending DeFi against rapidly accelerating AI capabilities.
$DAG has a future as the proof layer the agentic era actually needs.
The network is streamlining to data and inference. Compute flows through it. Value flows through $DAG
When the last human confirmation disappears, payment rails are not enough.
Someone still has to prove what the agent did. A log you control is not a record you can prove.
Gate is the accountability layer. It sits on every request.
95.4% of injections caught across 16 public benchmarks. 20%+ fewer tokens.
Full trail anchored to Digital Evidence so an auditor can check it without trusting the operator.
Rocket Resume already runs 23% lower on a ~$40k/month bill.
The rails are running.

$AIAI Holdings listed near $15.
Sitting at $1.3 down over 90%.
November unlocks add float.
Under $1 starts a 30-day Nasdaq bid clock or delisting risk.
Not under $1 yet. Clock hasn’t started.
AIAI was positioned as the Berkshire Hathaway of AI ahead of its May 2026 Nasdaq listing
With contractual growth capital commitments to portfolio companies after closing. Those funds have not been deployed to Constellation.
Since listing Constellation has deployed Arca Wallet, Gate AI, Dôr retail intelligence and the Proactive MD healthcare integration to market.
Without the capital, sales and marketing capacity for those products has been constrained.
Filings show no growth capital received since the listing.
The difference in outcomes for Constellation and AIAI if that capital had been available remains unknown.
AIAI recently filed to register about 14.9 million shares for resale tied to a B. Riley equity line.
If the company elects to sell new shares under the facility it can raise up to $200 million over time for working capital and general corporate purposes.
It is not known how or whether AIAI will use the line.
The facility exists as one available path that could still direct capital toward the portfolio companies if management chooses to draw on it.
Constellation would have been in a different and better position today if they had received the $25 Million in contracted growth capital
Army renewed it. Twice. $DAG
The U.S. Army has now renewed Dôr twice.
Funded through the Army’s Center of Military History
• Sept 2024: $171,600 base award, sensor API and licenses
• June 2025: $171,600
• June 2026: $171,600 - "ACCESS TO A DIGITAL DASHBOARD"
That’s $514,800 on the books and each renewal is a decision to keep paying for it.
Dôr’s thermal sensors count foot traffic with no cameras. They’re in 2,000+ locations and have analyzed over $5 billion in sales.
For Army museums that data helps justify their budgets.
Dôr’s team says the Army is now moving into the new intelligence layer where AI tells operators what to do next instead of just showing numbers.
Meanwhile Diggles told Panasonic’s TOUGHBOOK Summit that Constellation’s GPS integrity work was proven on TOUGHBOOK 40s building on Air Force secure communications work.
Digital Evidence is how that proof becomes public. Each record is fingerprinted and anchored on the Hypergraph which $DAG secures

Top-30 validator list is set
Ranked by delegated $DAG
How the top 30 works after that is still open in the Stardust Collective Discord
Current discussions
- Collateral: the 1M DAG requirement, and whether it locks with a 21-day unlock
- Ranking: how eligible validators are ranked by delegated DAG
- Snapshot frequency: how often the ranking refreshes (every three months today)
- Commissions: the proposed 10% for active operators
- Emissions: inflation from 6% to 2%, and how that 2% is split
- Stardust governance: who can join and help make these decisions
October 15 locks the first 30
Everything after that how often the ranking moves, what the 1M does and how the smaller emission pool is split is still open
Why BioFi's snapshots are worth watching
Every sign-in to the Phēnix Portal the hub on the Phēnix X phone runs through the BioFi metagraph
It validates the access event applies risk scoring and records the decision
Now about one snapshot every 45 seconds, near 1,900 a day
Two things can grow from here
1) Snapshot size. Each snapshot carries the decisions from its window. More phones mean more sign-ins, and more sign-ins mean bigger snapshots. Constellation prices every snapshot by its size in KB and its computational complexity, paid in $DAG
2) Snapshot count. @BioFiGlobal says a second $BioFI metagraph is in the design phase. A second metagraph would post snapshots of its own.
The sign-ins come from the phones
Today the Phēnix X is in two African countries, South Africa and Zambia
Nine more have granted type approval, the regulator's clearance to sell and use a handset on their networks: Nigeria, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Eswatini, Malawi, Namibia, Lesotho and Seychelles
⚠️None are shipping yet
Two countries live. Nine cleared. Every one that ships adds to the snapshots.
$DAG Buybacks
$DAG Buybacks
· A user pays for a request at API rates
· The provider who served it is paid in DAG, bought off the open market for that request
· No collateral and no DAG buy-in to join. Leave whenever
· A small availability reward comes from a fixed pool so each node's share shrinks as more providers join
Every request served is DAG bought the amount depends on traffic not on a treasury program
Users could potentially get $200/mo+ at current prices
Microsoft and Amazon face stricter scrutiny under the EU's Digital Markets Act. This designation mandates interoperability and limits self-preferencing for cloud infrastructure services.

Panasonic is celebrating 30 years of TOUGHBOOK in Vegas this week
Their own blog just laid out the problem that comes with that success
A TOUGHBOOK in the field can be stolen, hit at the firmware level or cut off from the cloud
Network security doesn't help a device that can't reach the network
Panasonic says endpoint security now has to report unauthorized changes and support incident response even while the device is disconnected
That's the problem Constellation set out to solve with Panasonic
In October 2024, Panasonic brought Constellation into its XCELERATE developer program to validate data at the device level with less reliance on the cloud
Pair that with six years of DoD work through Iron SPIDR and the fit with rugged federal hardware is obvious
The question is when it ships $DAG

A lot of people are upset about Constellation shutting down PacaSwap, Lattice and its Web3 side. I get it.
What's working is the job Constellation was built for: data integrity.
That's what the network is now focused on.
Government work is ongoing. Last week Lithuania's Ministry of Economy and Innovation named Constellation as one of two companies its minister met in the U.S. calling it "a developer of secure data transmission and data integrity solutions."
Enterprise is real too. Dôr runs in 2,000+ retail stores and just launched Patient Journey with Proactive MD, which operates 80+ health centers. Gate AI is live and it's opening to people who get paid in DAG to run AI on their own GPUs.
Panasonic is still in progress, per Diggles. On @CommonCrawl I don't know where it stands and the community deserves an update. I'm asking.
Emissions are getting tighter. I sit on the Stardust Collective, which is working with Constellation on the new schedule right now.
I'm pushing for inflation around 2%, with more of the rewards going back to the people staking DAG.
Since the remaining metagraphs are all run by Constellation I don't think a share of emission should be set aside for staking to them. Send it to the delegators who support the network.
One more thing: some accounts that have been silent for years are suddenly asking for your delegation.
Before you move your DAG, look at a validator's history not just its pitch.
DAG has more to bring to governments and enterprises than it had in 2021 and I want token holders to share in that.

$1.35 billion was stolen from DeFi in the last year, according to DefiLlama
That number is a big part of why Constellation closed PacaSwap and went all in on data integrity and AI
AI lets anyone point a swarm of agents at open code and find a bug in hours
PacaSwap was exploited twice in a few weeks
A small team can't win that race with other people's money on the line
The node cut follows the same logic
~400 to 500 nodes across mainnet and two test networks were supporting a handful of active metagraphs....all paid from emission
Trimming mainnet to 30 validators and ending test network rewards is what lets inflation fall from about 6% toward a target of 2%
Running a node used to take 250,000 DAG, a server, a spot on the allowlist and months on a waitlist
Ao only a few hundred people ever had one
The inference network opens rewards to everyone else
If you have a Mac/PC with 32 GB of memory or a GPU with 16 to 24 GB of VRAM that machine can serve AI models to Gate customers overnight while you sleep and you earn $DAG for the work
There's no allowlist and no cap on who can join
If you'd rather not run hardware delegated staking stays
You can still delegate DAG to the validators and share in the rewards
For holders asking why DAG still matters
Every request a Gate customer sends to the inference network is paid out to operators in DAG
That gives DAG a job tied to real revenue while inflation heads down
I came to Constellation in 2021 because someone told me that if I liked Palantir then I should look at a network built to verify data at the source
This is that network with DAG at the center
Meanwhile the data integrity work keeps moving
Last week Lithuania's Ministry of Economy and Innovation named Constellation
"a developer of secure data transmission and data integrity solutions,"
Yes Constellation's work with Panasonic is still in progress

Constellation is going all in on AI.
Ben, Alex, and João discuss the changes, why it had to happen, and what it means for the future of the network.

AI needs blockchain, badly. Dr. Greer's piece shows why.
Reward agents for a passing score and some learn to work the scorer instead of the task. His fix is resistant evaluators, independent checks and transparent records.
Look at the chart: transparency and accountability are on it for a reason.
The weak point in most AI systems is who keeps the record. If the agent, or the company running it, holds the only log, that log can be worked too. A record anchored to a public ledger can't be quietly edited after the fact, and anyone can check it without trusting the party being audited.
@Conste11ation , an AIAI portfolio company, already runs this. Every request through Gate AI writes a hash-chained audit event anchored to Digital Evidence.
The data carries its own attribution: what came in, which model handled it, what went out.
Blockchain won't make a model honest. It makes it provable when a system lies about what happened. That's the part of Greer's list most AI stacks are still missing. $AIAI $DAG

hedera-hashgraph:native totally absent in the global AI discourse.
EQTY Lab put verifiable compute on NVIDIA Blackwell over a year ago, expanded it again at GTC this March.
Real infrastructure, real enterprise partners, audit trails anchored to HCS.
Hedera's network is doing real numbers too, transactions at all time highs, 290,000-plus a day.
None of it moved HBAR. Price has spent much of this year in the same narrow band while that activity was climbing.
This isn't a Hedera problem. This is the actual test every L1 is failing right now. You can build something genuinely real and still watch the token capture none of it, because usage and demand turned out to be two different problems.
I'll say the obvious before someone says it for me. Constellation is in the same fight. HGTP has real infrastructure and constellation-labs:native has not converted that into demand at the level anyone building it would want. Pretending otherwise helps nobody.
The question worth asking right now isn't whose tech is better. It's which of these networks actually designs for token demand instead of assuming usage creates it on its own. That's the soul searching moment this whole sector is in.
it’s shocking & disappointing to see @Hedera totally absent in the global AI discourse at a time when the network’s value is clearer than ever (wrt Anthropic, OpenAI lack of trust in their own systems)
this is the problem the network’s in search of
they spent $$$ investing in AI verification, auditability and other tooling on the protocol and services (mainly HCS)
this is arguably Hedera’s huge moment
absolute silence from GC and leaders
these are the things that keep convincing me that Hedera really is letting the market pass them by in major ways (and i don’t know why @hashgraph continues to be tasked with network marketing)
the groups, consortiums and alliances are being formed now and Hedera is absent, and their marketing is so weak at this time
beyond disappointing
once again, the $HBAR community is leading the charge with innovators on the margins and bringing value with the GC’s value diminishing before our eyes
as i reflect on this, wanted to share a clip from a recent livestream where i broke down how the Hedera ecosystem and orgs function and why marketing is so important
this video is more relevant than ever
