I'm late but workers at the Delonis Center, also known as the Shelter Association of Washtenaw County, asked for voluntary recognition of their union, Delonis Workers United on the 5th! The bosses said no of course so, those workers filed a petition for an election with the NLRB!

In early March, public defenders at the Fredericksburg office of the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission announced their unionization with Industrial Workers of the World. Within weeks of their announcement, the workers were given a raise of $7K a year.
