A Neurotypical girl told my Neurodiverse daughter today.. that she ‘she was not normal, her brain worked differently’ my daughter replied… ‘everyone’s brain works differently’ 👏👏👏

Why are teachers moving ‘naughty pupils’ to the front of the class? It should be a positive behavioural support strategy- an offering of help to those pupils who need it, not seen as a punishment… encourage pupils to let them see a teacher is there to help…. 🥴#Basic

Observations this week: 1) making 5 year old stand in class to humiliate them is not a strategy 😳 2) LinkedIn is a strange platform- I see many ‘life stories’ not networking 😳 #MyOpinions

Would be interesting what girls thought ? My late mother in law taught both her sons how to cook and sew because her husband was in the Merchant Navy .She was concerned incase anything happened to her how her boys would survive . Life skills are far more important in my opinion
