A 26-year-old woman from Pretoria, South Africa, says her breasts started growing again just weeks after she had surgery to reduce them.
Michelle Sekwena has a rare condition called gigantomastia, which causes breasts to become abnormally large.
In 2024, her breasts reportedly grew from a 32B to a 32G within months, causing pain and making daily life difficult.
She had breast reduction surgery in 2025, but the operation was complicated by severe blood loss she lost four liters of blood. Even so, her breasts began growing again soon after.
Doctors have recommended a double mastectomy to stop further growth, but she says she canβt afford it and is appealing to the public for help.
