One thing i've noticed about memecoin trading is that knowing when to buy is only one part of it. Knowing when to sell, when to wait, and when to admit a trade isn't going as planned matters too. 𝐒𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟒 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤, 𝐥𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲, 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭🧵
A memecoin can look like a goldmine and still be a trap👀⚠️ Green candles. Crazy volume. A growing community. Everyone seems bullish. But how do you know what’s happening beneath the hype? Before interacting with a token, there are things you need to check that the chart alone will never tell you. 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟑: 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 (𝐃𝐘𝐎𝐑) ⭐️ Let’s unlock the alpha 👇🧵

trenches have absolutely lost the plot everyone is tired of the attention/catalyst driven trading that's happening on pump tired of the constant vamps and bundles traders no longer want to play these rotation games the real memecoins that broke ceilings were never about purely attention or catalyst they were communities who showed up every day they were communities that rallied behind an idea and they were communities with the most delusional holders this was what made memes great. this was what made coins go to absurd valuation right now onchain is at the worst state i've ever seen. a lot of people say memecoins are solved but the pendulum always swings back imo we've reached peak exhaustion point and this is where we shift back to our roots time to start holding. time to start believing. time to start the vibe shift return to culture anon

The trenches have reached a point where actually trading might be the worst business model Devs make money launching coins Callers make money from their callouts Bundlers make money farming wallets Botted accounts make money selling influence While the average trader is risking his own capital trying to make a fraction of what these people extract And we wonder why nobody wants to trade anymore

Replying to @doodles
@doodles $DOOD 1/4 $DOOD just pumped hard today 🚀 Up ~50-70% in 24h with massive volume. Doodles NFT ecosystem token waking up again. Here’s the quick why. 2/4 What’s driving it: Heavy speculative volume (vol >> mcap) Old NFT names getting attention while retail chases new meme plays Thin liquidity + momentum = easy moves Community + Solana narrative still alive No major new fundamental announcement — pure flow & narrative. 3/4 Context: Doodles started as a top NFT collection → now has its own utility/gov token on Solana. Previous big spikes (like the 200%+ one earlier) were also volume-driven with little official news. Classic high-beta NFT token behavior. 4/4 Bottom line: Speculative bounce on volume + narrative. Can continue or reverse fast. This is not advice. DYOR. High risk. Still holding $DOOD or faded it? Drop below 👇 #DOOD #Doodles #Crypto

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? Sometimes, a trade doesn't go the way you expected, and that's okay. What matters is knowing when to step back and ask yourself if the trade still makes sense. For example, if the reason you bought a coin is no longer valid, liquidity starts drying up, large holders begin selling, or trading activity drops significantly, it might be time to take another look at your position. The same goes for when credible negative news comes out or the price falls beyond the level you're comfortable risking. Of course, none of these signs automatically means the price will crash. But when you notice them, take a moment to reassess the situation and compare what's happening with your original plan. So, that's it for part 4 of the memecoin playbook The main thing i want you to take away from this is that trading isn't just about finding a coin and hoping the price goes up. You also need to understand why you're entering, know when to reconsider your position, and have an idea of when to take profits or walk away. You won't get every trade right, but having a plan gives you something to work with instead of making decisions based on emotions. You can join my channel t.me/PinqueAlphaGems
