Not many people talk about mental health in crypto.
It is gut wrenching work. Be it, trying to create and found something, to investing and watching funds slip through your fingers.
There’s a lot of #100xgem hashtags at the moment, to which I am guilty of posting, however there are also a lot of people down, with little funds left or completely wiped out.
Spending so much time focusing on money and possessions isn’t so good for the soul. Like everything, balance is important.
I spend maybe 7+ hours a day focusing on crypto, my projects, game development, day trading.
It’s important to find balance.
If you are tired, stressed, feeling somewhat overwhelmed, it’s likely due to imbalance.
The answer to misuse isn’t non-use, but proper use.
I am going to try and implement this my own strategy.
We are here for the long run. It needs to be sustainable.
Take care of your mental health friends. I’ll try and do the same.
