A stalwart of the NSW EFKS family took his last breath yesterday: Papalii Iosefa "Joe" Peleti Toailoa. A gentle giant and humble human, he was always a joy to talk to, and had an infectious smile. A great leader to the youth who will be sorely missed. Manuia lau malaga, uso!

Can @WorldRugby please explain why they appear to have delayed from end 2020 to end 2021 the switch to 5 years residency qualification?
This has a big impact on Pacific players globally.
Not according to World Rugby!
"The sixty-month residency requirement comes into effect after the cut-off date of December 31, 2021."
