Love him or hate him what he does is incredibly hard and it is brining a lot of benefits to people.
He’s hands on in major industries that are helping so many people - on the @boringcompany this is an industry I work in and it’s insanely slow and backwards and so driving new ideas in it is so hard even if it is massively useful because people in that sector are literally too busy to pay attention to anything else and the ideas are amazing!
Making products and services at this scale is really hard! Investing or money management is much easier by comparison.

Halloween isn't American. 🎃
Not the name. 🏴
Not the costumes. 🎭
Not the lantern. 🕯️
Not even "trick or treat". 🚪
The word was so Scottish that Robert Burns had to add a footnote for the English explaining what it was. 📜
The first lanterns weren't pumpkins. 👀
The first time "trick or treat" appeared in print, it wasn't in America. 📰
Every year someone calls Halloween an American import. 🙄
They never tell you the knock on your door is OLDER than America itself. 🇺🇸
So this Halloween, skip the trick. 👻
Be the treat. 🍬

one of the best things you can use AI for is bids and tenders. Grokbot to manage the platform, find the bids and Claude to write the bid, fill in the usual questions and you submit the bid.
It is hands down the best way to work on bids.
Grok @bot for dealing with tender portals is one of the best time saving bots you can get, it signs you up, fills in the annoying but needed details, manages the account and alerts you to tenders appropriate to you.
You can of course get it to fill in the tender as well but you better review first

This Should Be The First Line Of Defense For All Women
This is a women named Bal Gill. And her story is almost impossible to believe. She was visited the Camera Obscura and World of Illusions in Edinburgh in May, it was an exhibition. On display was a thermal imaging camera. Upon examining the image Bal noticed a heat patch showing up above her left breast.
Nobody else around her appeared to have a similar spot. She photographed it and when she got home she searched online for what it might mean.
She discovered documented cases where such a patch had indicated the presence of breast cancer.
She sought medical advice and was diagnosed with early-stage cancer in that breast.
Her condition was caught in time and treated successfully and she is healthy today. She believes the thermal imaging camera may well have saved her life.
But if it is genuinely that straightforward to spot then it does make one wonder why mammograms are so consistently promoted as the primary method of detection.
Thermal imaging cameras are inexpensive, here is one for $199 amzn.to/4wx0Kii.
If such a camera can provide a meaningful early detection it would be simpler, more affordable and far less invasive to have this early detection method in the hands of as many women as possible.
It does not replace medical imaging. Although it is debated if monographs do more harm than good statically.
If you are a women or for the women you love make thermal images become a regular thing, you came also make the routine fun, think of the ways…
Save a life.
I am a big fan of this guys account.
He always share interesting and practical ways to use AI.
My Grok Bots so far…
The public Grok Bots released so far are templates anyone can add.
News Honestly
Takes recent headlines, clusters the duplicates, and drops any item that is pure outrage with no new fact. For the stories that remain it shows what is documented, the strongest good-faith reading from one coherent camp, the strongest good-faith reading from the other, and a bridge between them, with sources and a HIGH/MED/LOW trust label. The full brief arrives in chat, with an optional HTML page.

X Articles You Missed
Sweeps the previous day for substantive long-form X Articles on the topics you set once. It leaves out the drive-by posts, condenses what survives into at most ten summaries, and delivers them as one copyable brief, on demand or every morning.
x.ai/bot/UmGyUKTHDS4-ziSOlsU…
Call A Restaurant Reservation
Asks for the restaurant, party size, date, preferred time and how flexible you are, the name for the reservation, your callback number, and which voice to use. It reads everything back and waits for your OK before it dials through ClawCall, then reports the outcome with transcript evidence. After a booking it can add the reservation to a connected calendar or hand you an .ics file. It never handles payment details and never calls on its own.
x.ai/bot/TIMrxLJHbEEpdr25yYg…
Mission Control
Audits every bot on the account each morning, flags each one red, yellow, or green, forecasts whether the plan will run out before the reset, and names the specific bots or routines to pause, merge, or tighten. It produces a clickable HTML dashboard and a PDF report.
x.ai/bot/JYH-wtQpWziQwHuwud9…
Bot Optimizer
Scans the other bots for empty scheduled checks, retry loops, bloated chat histories, repeated research, duplicate bots, and idle ones. It returns ranked fixes in HTML and PDF reports, plus a week-over-week comparison.
x.ai/bot/Dje9IjmShPDhZYsGfDn…
Clean Slate
Takes the free credit reports you download yourself, flags collections, inaccuracies, and FCRA violations, drafts dispute letters to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, and tracks the thirty-day response windows. Nothing is submitted without explicit approval.
x.ai/bot/vY1eft-dZTKssiaUQvJ…
Memory Transfer
Brings over what Claude or ChatGPT already hold about you—either from a single prompt you paste into the old chat or from a full data export—then presents every item one line at a time. Only the lines you keep are saved, each tagged with its source and date. Inferences do not become facts.
x.ai/bot/Ww-RXj-lLqpg_oWqzcc…
X Money Deep Report Bot
Reads your X Money account every Monday morning and delivers a deep weekly report: balances across every account with the week’s net change, every transaction sorted into categories, top spending categories with week-over-week trends and biggest charges, cash-back and interest earned, recurring subscriptions flagged, three habit tips drawn from the numbers, and progress rings for savings rate, monthly investing, and spending cap. It then reviews goals and can prepare a Coinbase buy that sits until you tap Approve. Output is a dark-mode dashboard with charts plus a PDF. No money moves and no trade is placed without explicit approval.

Room Inventory Bot
Takes a few photos of each room, lets you mark the key items, and builds an inventory with estimated values. It delivers a designed HTML report and a PDF that can be updated with new photos. The data stay private.
x.ai/bot/EC3L23d7wESxjrEDJ2F…
APP REPLICATOR
Examines one specific feature of software you own or are authorized to examine. It starts with static analysis, tags every claim as confirmed, inference, or unknown, writes a clean-room specification of the behavior and rules only, and helps rebuild the smallest version that passes the tests on a free or low-cost stack. It never copies source, assets, or branding, and it rates whether a rebuild is realistic before it starts.

Give them all a try.
Just outstanding! This is the way.
Children in the USA will have a better start to life than UK children because of the generosity of entrepreneurs like Michael Dell and Elon Musk. In the UK entrepreneurs will surely find one reason not to do it.
This is tremendous news for America's children. An entire generation will grow up as SpaceX owners. Well done @elonmusk! 🇺🇸
Jensen Huang (NVIDIA CEO) on the UK
"If there was a million ways to win, you find the one reason not to do it."
The ‘never give up’ mantra is bullshit. I didn’t waste 3 years, I wasted 8!
Never give up is an extreme generalisation. Noah has put it into words well here.

Labour is the party of permanent welfare and state dependency.
Read this, you couldn’t make it up. A software skills program that delivers training and a job for £4K. Cut.
They’ll happily pay you not to work. Paying a fraction to get a result isn’t in line with their plans….
I run an apprenticeship & skills bootcamp provider
So I’m much more qualified to talk about this than anyone.
The model is simple, funded by the government we train people in areas like Marketing, Software Development & Business.
We are paid when we deliver the 12 week programme and paid again when these individuals get a positive out come.
Classed as a job, promotion or pay rise.
Average cost per person on programme is £4,000.
To be clear the government fund this. They only pay on successful outcome.
No completion of course = NO PAYMENT
No job = NO PAYMENT
We delivered over 1000 people on this course in 2024.
AS SOON AS LABOUR CAME TO POWER
FUNDING STOPPED.
I’ve added the share price of @northcoders who are a similar business with a similar model.
The share price since labour has got to power has collapsed.
Labour are not serious about reversing the direction of NEETs. I have dwelled on this for a number of years. Wondering when funding would come.
This year alone, funding has reduced 75%.
To practically 0.
The conclusion I have come to, which is deeply harrowing for our nation is that the current government would rather individuals stay on benefits than train them and help them get a job.
That is my deepest reflection on being in this industry for 5 years.
It makes me feel every announcement they make is empty promises.
There is an infrastructure of training providers across the country who are (like us) wanting to support training young people and help them get jobs.
But right now, this government has no interest in doing this.
This has been what has turned me against everything announcement they make - because the reality is always different.
I made this physical mail organiser using Grokbot, take a photo with grokbot or upload and Grok automatically files it for you. Its very simple, meant for small business or solo operators. You can get it free here: x.ai/bot/QQked4g7ftLHHCv8cKD…
Lots of business gurus will tell you to focus on the work and worrying about tax efficiencies later. In the UK you will literally be killed by taxes - I am speaking from experience. It is never ending list of direct and indirect taxes that absolutely burden you to the ground and make you want to leave.
1. Kids set up a new company that becomes the marketing agency for the family business.
2. The marketing agency collects a fee that dramatically reduces the profit in the parents company.
3. The marketing agency acquires a minority stake with savage voting rights.
4. Independent valuation shows that this structure makes the business almost worthless.
5. The marketing company acquires the remaining shares.
Success in the UK is now 50% being excellent at what you do and 50% avoiding the governments latest scheme to derail the success and independence of your family.
2 @bot ideas I am going to setup this weekend.
1 mailroom bot, I am very small company so a simple bot for organising mail will work for me - Ill just take photos of the documents and get it filed.
2 tender manager bot, for managing the multiple and appalling apps for submitting tenders, things like jaggaer. As a small company I dont want to spend ages on admin and hassle with these platforms but Grokbot could do a good job I think.
